After 4 weeks of irregular work, and a 90% paid invoice, he has completely vanished - leaving me with a half completed bathroom, a mess in our home and in our garage, and a stolen brand new toilet. He changed his phone number and won't return my emails or messages. HE IS A COMPLETE SCUMBAG AND A FRAUD. HE IS NOT A REAL CONTRACTOR AND HIS BUSINESS IS NOT LEGIT. I have reported him to my bank, to the company that sourced him for me, and the Illinois Attorney General.

Start date 10/08/21, it is now 12/07/21 and the renovation is at a standstill and incomplete (contract states 3 weeks for completion. Poor craftsmanship, cheap products (cabinets are sub-par at best), wrong size cabinets, terrible paint job, lighting fixtures not hung, the countertops are just laying on top of the base cabinets and not secured, base cabinets are not level; and it's been 2 months without running water or gas for this poor senior citizen. It's two months since the project began and Cesar Camacho has been a no-show since right before Thanksgiving. Also, the refuse from the kitchen demo is just sitting in the back yard without being hauled away. Mr. Camacho has not replied to any texts or call and has now disconnected his phone number. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Communication was inconsistent, and the project lacked a clear timeline. After delays, he sent an untrained worker whose mistakes required hiring another contractor to fix. Home Depot confirmed no orders were placed under his account or my address. Despite promises and a formal demand letter through my attorney, to date, no refund has been issued; instead, they threatened to sue me!! I was left with exposed electrical outlets and unfinished work. Legal action is now underway. Please do your research before hiring. Avoid this company at all costs.

($4800) to purchase flooring and after full month of empty promises and false starts they vanished and stopped responding to our demands to return our money, causing more damage. After signing a contract and paying a deposit, work began--but within a week, he stopped showing up consistently, choosing to leave for other job sites. In his place, he sent an inexperienced workers doing what appeared to be a DIY-level work. Despite multiple attempts to recover our unused deposit, we've received no response. A formal demand letter from our attorney was sent, but still no resolution. Very disappointing experience. Lesson learned--Yelp referrals aren't always reliable.
