I called AAA (3 times but that's another review). Once I was in contact with Hacketts, things seemed to improve. They were in constant communication via text and phone. You could actually see where the driver is at any moment via maps. I believe the operators name was Nick (not sure). The Bad: As I said previously " Nick" was nice. Upon picking up my car from the mechanic I noticed my arm rest was broken. Asked the mechanic and he said it was that way when he got it to replace the starter motor. I then called Hacketts. Spoke to guy named Rich or Rick. He said he'd talk to the driver and get back to me. Of course " Nick" denied breaking my arm rest. Now Nick is a BIG guy, I'd guess over 300lbs. Smarmy with a hint of sexism…read more I made the mistake of having a state inspection done here since it was a convenient distance from my house and they could get me in on a Saturday. They were nice when checking me in. They seemed to be well staffed since about 3-4 of them were just hanging out joking with each other in the office when I arrived. After waiting for TWO HOURS (maybe not well staffed?) for the inspection to be complete, I was called up to the desk because they found some "issues." The lower control arms were allegedly in bad condition and the bushings were almost "completely apart". If I just paid them $1000 they could get it fixed right up for me to pass the inspection. Funny since I was just at the dealership a few months ago having a 100,000 mile full work up of my car done including the suspension. Everything was in great condition. I'm no mechanic, but I do take the maintenance aspects of my car that are critical for safety seriously so have it checked out by the dealership regularly. So with normal driving in 3 months and absolutely no issues with steering such as vibration, loud noises, or drifting to one side, I found their claim hard to believe. If we are being honest what actually happened was they saw a young female who was a new resident to the state and thought they could make a quick buck. It's especially obvious when you read other reviews and there is another woman they told the exact same thing to--what a coincidence! Luckily I can tell if someone is trying to take me for a ride. So I decided to go someplace more reputable. I was able to get into the dealership and have them do a full PA safety inspection. The mechanic at the dealership confirmed that there were no issues with the car and met the state's safety requirements. They even washed my car. I'm thrilled to use them regularly from now on for all my maintenance needs. Do not go to Auto Express. They will try and take advantage of you. I look forward to filing a complaint with the state and with the Better Business Bureau.

My bbq tank was empty and weighs 17 pounds and when they filled it I got home it only weighed 33 pounds --5 pounds short of 38 which is supposed to be 80% filled. Price $22. I contacted them when I got home they did not argue the fact and said bring it back in will add more but I'm busy in my day and don't have time to revisit. Contacted Bruce's propane in Levittown I used to go -and they said yes it should have been 20 pounds added to the tank giving it 37 pounds for $20. I'm going to use Bruce's from now on-
