I'm really pleased with the quality of the curtains - they're excellent, beautiful quality, and well worth the wait. The team were also very helpful over the last couple of days in chasing up my parcel when the tracking wasn't working, which I appreciated. However, the delivery did take significantly longer than anticipated. My order placed on 24 October was promised within 2-4 weeks but arrived on 11 December. There was also limited communication about the delay until I made contact. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the curtains for their quality. We were not an easy order...as had left it late ...and needed curtains in short time slot to be delivered to our holiday cottage whilst my husband was there! |Customer service was excellent. They communicated regularly and did everything in their power to make sure the curtains were delivered to the correct address on time. |Would definitely recommend ! One suggestion...DO ask for fabric samples if you are trying to match up to/ complement anything in the room. I needed to choose fabric that would look right with a very subtly patterned bedspread....out of the 6 samples received only one was right...and was the colour I was expecting it to be. (Think colour accuracy on a computer screen very difficult to achieve...) Fabric samples came quickly and cost £3. Definitely worth it!! read more

Beautifully made Roman blinds - look handmade in the best possible way and with a high quality finish. Much better quality than made to measure I've ordered from other websites that end up having a bit of a plasticky cheap looking finish. I found a fabric on their website that I really liked the look of and really liked being able to type my measurements in and see exactly how much the curtains would cost with different lining etc. I went for a door curtain and a pair for the window. I was slightly nervous in the four week wait incase they didn't turn up or they were not like the fabric in the pictures, but I'm pleased to say they were exactly what I'd ordered. I've used this company before and was very happy with quality of the product. However these roman blinds arrived with many of the knots undone plus the stitching at the end of the bottom batton had come adrift. I didn't contact Curtains Made Simple as I knew I could repair these faults myself, plus I didn't want to wait for new blinds to be despatched.
