Completely useless. Very dodgy on the phone. They try to sell as if they are hard working but they never turn up. Would like to summarise quite a few incidents which happened to people whom i know.
1. They wanted to build our conservatory, took measurements and then they never turned up. Chasing them on the phone, i get a reply saying they are busy for next 6 months. Then why did they come in the first instance. Complete waste of time.
2. Wanted to get a flooring work done. Promised to come and visit the property and never turned up. On the phone they were very dodgy with cash in hand business and trying to collect more money from insurance
3. Landscaping took a long time. Charged expensively and then asked for cash in hand for discount.
To my friends in Bicester, they put up an advert on the monthly Bicester advert paper with the list of things they do but never turn up. Please have this review in mind before giving them a call. If you do try calling them and then experience something like above then people write a review. Would help everyone save time............ read more
