Let me start by saying that many of us have become suspicious of company reviews, me included. But my recent experience with Decks Direct customer service team has far exceeded what I generally find most companies willing to do now days and it seemed unprofessional not to give a shout out to them.
Without elaborating too much on the details, we had spent a great deal of money on some steel deck building product from Decks Direct. When the product showed some shortfalls, I put together a letter for Decks Direct to discuss my options. From the first contact with the Returns Department to the people further up the ladder, there was never an argument or a condescending tone about our problem. Of course no one wants to have issues and the more money you spend the more you are inclined to get frustrated.
All I can say is, the people at Decks Direct did what we wish all companies would do, stand behind the products they sell and if an issue comes up, make it right - they crossed every "T" and dotted every "I". Many thanks to Decks Direct. read more
