Their knowledge of domestic appliances is extensive and there are few items that they can not repair, however if they think that it is not worth repairing or too costly they will advise you of it so you can make an informed decision. The prices they charge for repairs are low in comaprison to many of their competitors and the staff (both sales and service engineers) are excellent.

I had to ring them 4 times to see what was going on and they had no idea what they were doing. It was then arranged for it to be done on a different day and I was telephoned on that day for them to tell me that they had FORGOTTEN to order the part I needed. I then inquired as to getting some money off as this has been a huge inconvenience and I was told to discuss it with the engineer who came on the day. Frankly I'd rather buy a new appliance to replace any broken one than have these people attempt to repair anything again . Useless

If I'm going to go to a garden centre / nursery in the area this is the one I usually go to first -…read moremainly because I live a stones throw away from it! It has a wide variety of garden products; tools, sheds, fencing, in addition to plants, trees, seeds, compost, mulch, grow bags, stones and fertiliser. In recent years it has diversified and introduced a lot of garden ornaments - especially water features and fountains and also benches and swings. The most recent innovation is the introduction of fish for indoor tanks and outdoor ponds. At Christmas they also have a very good range of Christmas decorations, lights etc. They have recently redeveloped the cafe and this is pretty good for a garden centre. It's very spacious, has a wide range of food for sale, the staff are friendly and the prices aren't too bad - considering they have a captive audience. The prices for the rest of the garden centre are not that impressive compared to others. The range of non decorative plants is also pretty poor. Overall, for me it's convenient and the cafe is pretty good but the main produce is not fantastic.
