2 item combo (coconuts curry + butter chicken) & 1 item bowl (goat curry).

Curry Time has loads of curry options to satisfy your cravings. They are next to a laundry mat. The parking is easy since there's minimal businesses in this plaza. The business has few tables for seating. They operate as quick/express service Indian food. Curry Time offer entrees of 1, 2, or 3 item combo plates. They promote options for specialty pizzas too. Staff made us feel very welcomed and right at home. The curry selection is numerous! Meat and veggie options are offered. They have 12 different ones to choose from. This recent visit my wife got the 1 entree with the goat curry. I choose the 2 entree coconut chicken and coconut curry + a garlic naan. Curry time packs these containers full. The portion sizes are solid. The aromatics radiate in the air and every bite was enjoyable. So much curry, so much delicious flavors! (Please see the photos attached) Nothing beats a fresh batch of garlic naan to pair with your curry. My wife and I enjoy coming to Curry Time because it's fast and reliable. We always leave happy and leave home with leftovers. Come by to Curry Time and enjoy what they offer! ( ^_^)b

I ordered the 3 items combo including Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Eggplant with Rice and the Fried Veggy Pakora as an Appetizer! All the food tasted Wonderful!!! Amita the manager and the guy behind the counter were very nice people! Clean place to eat and some seats to dine in. I chose to go, but sat in for few minutes to rest while waiting for my order to finish. Bought a 20 oz Dr Pepper to wash it all down. I will be back soon!

First impressions are not the best, they did not have the full menu available and cashier was a bit rude and the restaurant itself was hotter than outside. But the food that was available was terrific, the flavor was balanced and spices delivered.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. The place was kind of dead. I guess they cater more to students during the regular week days maybe? Food: 5/5 I got their chicken tikka masala, one item combo. It was delicious and the staff gave me such a big plate. It was $14 after tip and tax. The curry was very flavorful and had big chunks of chicken. It was very filling. Service: 5/5 The staff was quick, but probably because I was the only person there. I think I got in and out in less than 5 minutes. Ambiance: 4/5 This place is located in a little dingy plaza next to a coin laundry machine. I would definitely get the food to go, the area seems a little run down.

If there's one Indian dish I love it would be the humble goat curry. I have loved that dish from first bite and I'm forever attempting to find a near inexpensive source for my goat curry affliction. I was hoping Currytime would be a good option. Ten minutes away, inexpensive, and seeming to be of good substance and quality. Indeed, the goat was pretty good. Supple, flavorful, and shredding in your mouth like good, tender goat should. Even the kadai chicken, with its distressing portion of veggies, managed to impress with its subtleties. The problem was the rice. It was neither loose like a good basmati nor was it truly sticky like a good jasmine or close. Instead, it was mushy in consistency. Also, it had carrot and pea chunks strewn about it. It may be a personal preference, but rice should stand on its own--no added seasoning or flavorings--just the rice. I don't even like my rice to have sauce be mixed with it, however I know that can't be helped with this kind of to go container. All in all, I may just go a la carte next time. There's a lot i can do with meat this decent with the rice I make at home. Because, as it stands, that rice turned a pretty tasty and hearty meal into a bit of a chore. And that's one thing eating should never be.

Look how amazing and tasty this pizza looks! Butter Chicken Pizza!! Yummy!

My friend and I were in the area and was feeling hungry, so I googled placed to eat since we aren't familiar with the area. We decided to try Curry Time and we are so glad we did! However, my first judgement of the place was, "Oh no... I'm not sure about this place." As I pulled up, I was surprised because I thought it was an actual sit down restaurant. We decided to give it a try anyway and let me tell you.... the food was delicious! The portions were big as well. The chicken tikka masala and blackened chicken was so tasty. I ordered the curry chicken and it was good but not as good as the other two. We also wanted to try the pizza so we got the butter chicken pizza. Omg!! That was amazing!! So so good!! The guy at the front helping us was very friendly, informative and just a nice guy. The only thing I would say they can work on is the decor of the place but that's it. So, definitely come for the food. It's really good!

Great food, great service. What more can you ask for. The place is semi new and they also recently opened a place in Pasadena. Their original flagship is in El Monte. Some of the best Indian food in the area by far. Think of this place as the Panda Express for Indian food. They offer one item bowls, along with two or three items plates which all include rice and naan. Very well priced and the food is great quality. I ordered a meal and ended up with enough food for another meal later as well. It is set up to be a quick grab and go if you are in a rush or you can sit down and enjoy a Mango Lassi (Indian Mango Yogurt Drink) with you meal and relax. I ordered a three item plate with Chicken Tikka Masala along with the Black Pepper Chicken. The gentleman behind the counter then suggested Kandai Chicken if I like spicy saying that it is similar to the Chicken Curry just with an elevated spice level. I upgraded my Naan to Garlic Naan for $0.75. The employees were very friendly and informative and they have only been open for about 6 months in this location so give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!

It's been a minute since I had Indian food so I tried this spot to satisfy my cravings. This spot did not miss! Ordered 2 item combo (Chicken Tikka & Vegetable Curry) and a side of garlic naan. The uncles working there were extremely polite and had the patience to explain a little bit about the different curries that they were serving for that day. This was hefty plate and more than enough food for me. I would definitely recommend anyone around the area giving this joint a try! I went during lunch so it was a bit hot inside but the heat didn't bother me none. Will definitely come back to try more of their items on the menu like samosas, wraps and even pizza!

4.5 stars Always love finding other Indian Food locations near by. I can always count on Curry Time if I want a flavor filled quick meal! + located in a little shopping center, parking is plentiful + plenty of entree options at the ready if you are looking to get something quick. + definitely flavorful items, some are spicy though! Delicious but spicy! + price is reasonable, they have combos and you can also order items a la cart as well + owners are friendly and make suggestions on what to order as well

Ordered the spinach cheese and chicken tikka masala combo for lunch. Spinach cheese was spicy. I loved it. Rice was fluffy and freshly cooked. Tikka masala was very good as well! This place is newer, clean and friendly. Only downfall for me was that they didn't have cups of water. Had to purchase one. Owner said something about kids and a mess? I don't know, just a way to make more money to force people to buy a drink.

The staff is friendly and helpful and we loved how many options the menu had. The dry chili paneer was just the right spice for me and very flavorful. My husband enjoyed a masala. But hands down I loved the Frankie street food! We will definitely bring our friends back here!

Okay so I think most of the recent reviews get this...their service is garbage and non existent…read more Also don't get any cocktails...it took them 90+ minutes for them to get me the cocktail that I ordered. I honestly don't think it's worth coming here even if the food is not bad because their service is that atrocious. Some food is fantastic...others I'm rather meh about. Pani puri 4/5. Herbed potatoes and the sweet tamarind sauce are fantastic. The tangy water...it's not heavy enough in seasoning for my liking. When you bite into it it's like a fluffy crispy airy dough shell with the texture of boiled eggs but the flavor reminds me of samosas... Also the fried dough thing on top to add the extra crunch is nice Bombay vada pav - 5/5 soft pillowy potato bread with spiced potato fritter.. just yes. They give you additional chilli peppers which honestly are a little too spicy for me.... And the mint chutney is really spicy too.... But the tamarind sauce is tangy and more tart/ and different from the tamarind sauce w/ Pani puri. I absolutely loved this and this was the best thing on the menu. Stuffed mushrooms with cheese - 3.5/5 the cheese does cut into spice from other foods but it's not a dish i think is worth ordering. The tomato flavor is strong and I barely taste coriander or other spices because the tomato overpowered everything else. I don't know what biryani I had because it's not on the menu anymore as I'm writing the review as of 3.28.26 but that was a 2/5. That was terrible. Portion size fantastic but God .... Frozen peas carrots green bean mixture killed this. There was barely any spice or flavor. I genuinely was disappointed. Cocktail.. 0.5/5 It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes before I got my cocktail. Wtf why is it only one person knows how to make cocktails and why is that the person greeting people. Please get more and better staff so that they can actually be doing one job only. For reference I ordered the cocktail "vessel of shakti" and honestly... It gave me artificial candy strawberry daiquiri mix. The coconut water is lost in flavors. I did not taste like. Skip this. Just don't order cocktails because only 1 person knows how to make them. .5 only because the person making the drink was genuinely apologetic and busy. The service here is absolute shit. You can't flag people down, they'll ignore you if you're not Indian so rubbish service. But also the waiters seem really pissed off and don't want to be here. This experience was so bad I wouldn't even consider coming here even if the food was good. This restaurant is super over hyped for the experience and price.

From the time we ordered, the food took about 25 minutes to come out. I ordered the butter chicken, white rice, mango lassi, and garlic-cheese naan. Overall, the food was flavorful and definitely had some kick. The mango lassi was really good -- it tasted fresh and natural, like real mango. It had a creamy, milky texture from the yogurt that made it really enjoyable. The garlic-cheese naan was also a standout. It had a nice kick to it and paired really well with both the rice and the butter chicken. The white rice itself was surprisingly good too, with more flavor than your typical plain rice. The butter chicken sauce was the highlight for me. It was rich, sweet, creamy, and had that "wow" factor in flavor. My only real complaint was the chicken itself -- the outside had more flavor, but the inside was a little drier and slightly chewy compared to how tender the outside tasted. Service was friendly and helpful throughout the meal. It's not exactly cheap, but the quality and portion sizes made it feel worth it. Portions were generous enough that most people will probably have leftovers. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, although it does get pretty loud during lunch when it's busy. Parking can also be a little rough since it's Claremont, so I'd recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early because you'll probably have to park a bit farther out and walk. Overall, I'd come back. I'd recommend it if you're looking for flavorful food with some spice and don't mind a bit of noise or a short wait during peak hours.
