Not everything is the same, and trying different options is part of the experience--you'll enjoy your meal a lot more if you lean into that. I've been both during the day and at night. If you go during the day, hit the buffet--it's the best way to sample a wide variety of dishes and figure out what you like. At night, ask your server for recommendations--they'll steer you in the right direction based on your taste. Some of my personal favorites?
