That burrito was so moist it melted in my mouth, it was the perfect balance of cheese (lots of it I assume), chorizo and whatever else they put in it. A sign also says that they now offer breakfast burritos all day. The chicken was very very good. The seasoning was spot on and they developed on awesome char on it. They cut the chicken into strips and drizzled a homemade zesty sauce on top. They use chicken thighs which is my preference but to some may not be your thing. The chicken sat on a bed of really deliciously seasoned rice. They accompanied the dish with plenty pickled cucumbers and some fresh jalops. Every bite of this dish was heaven. Especially, washing it down to with some bomb beer from Rails End Beer company. The guys that run the truck are super friendly. I'm likely going to start craving this dish again soon and will be hunting these guys down. Wow bao!
