I tried to go to the drive-thru once and the menu was so extensive and the line so long behind me I just left without ordering anything. I tried again today, thinking I'd see if there's a walk-up window. There is - sort of. The menu board has no prices, and apparently is also incomplete because the employee who came out with an iPad had to tell me about other items that were part of a promotion today. Ordering process just wasn't comfortable for me, not sure what I was ordering because there was no visual. "What size do you want?" I have no idea what your sizes are and what the prices are And then the awkward flipping of the iPad for the "just gonna ask you a question here" tip addition which is just dreaded by customers. The places I go where you order from an app I'll add a tip -- the iPad flip is just so cringey. Overall this experience just wasn't what I was looking for, I'll scoot on down the road to the other drive-thru with a super easy app and ideal ordering and pickup experience.

On this last visit, a server I have her many times stopped when she saw me and checked up with me since she hasn't seen me in a while. I am also a an observer of the world around me since I tend to dine out alone more now and I watch the interactions and everyone is constantly on the move checking on not only their tables but eachothers as well. It's so refreshing to see that kind of customer service. Food quality is always important to me and I have always had consistent meals. I love the seasonal offerings, my favorite is the blueberry lemon cornbread when it comes around in the winter/spring and I'm so happy I'm here for it on the final day. The staff was super friendly, and the café had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere that would be perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. One thing that makes XO even more unique is that there's also a tattoo studio inside. From what I saw, appointments are required, but I thought it was such a cool concept and added to the overall vibe of the space. We tried to come here on a Saturday around 10am and there was a line so we returned Sunday at 7:30am. No line, but we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. They may have been waiting on more staff since half the restaurant was empty. Our food was fine but on par with Denny's or Perkins. My potatoes were slightly undercooked and warm at best. Worst part: we came here to use a gift card since we're moving out of the country in three days. Sorry, our machine isn't taking gift cards at this time so just use it next time. We told the manager it only had $10 and she said there was nothing she could do. I found a local couple on our way out and gave it to them. I would not recommend Keke's even without the gift card situation.
