The issue of this store is the cheating staff. The staff count the money purposely wrong, and gave me 100 less USD. She was first counting some $20 USD by 1,2,3,4,5 (100), 1,2,3,4,5 (200), 1,2,3,4,5 (400), etc. By counting like this way, you will easily being distracted by the number and didnt get the right number. I didn't disclose her at the first place, and then I ask her to count it again, and she did the same cheat way to count the wrong number. When I disclose her cheating action, she looks calm and didn't say sorry at the first place, and then she walked away and get the remaining 100 USD, and apologized. They also charge a flat service fee of $3.75. I was in and out within minutes. For those who don't know, Calforex also has a currency buy back program. If you purchase more than C$1,000 in currency, you can come back to the same location and exchange back at the same rate that you purchased at within 30 days with the original receipt. They will buy back up to 50% of the original purchase mount at the same rate. There is no service fee on returns.
