Was ready for me to get 2 days later, never would believe was the same vehicle I took in, all clean and paint had a shine to it. 5 years later had them rust proof and their paint treatment done. I drop it off every spring to detail inside and out and redo the undercoat, and it is ready to get the next morning. People see it and say they can't believe the truck is now 19 years old! Pro Touch staff do a real good job and treat me politely.

However, this is no longer "that dealer" any longer as they have been bought out by a much larger company. I am hearing more and more stories from people in our circle about the business practices and changes at this dealership. Several people took their car in for oil changes and the dealer recommended replacing parts that were new/recently replaced (brakes rotors, etc.) . As such, I would avoid having this dealership do work on your car. If they recommend replacing a new part, this means they have not even looked at it and are just trying to increase parts/service sales. All of the old sales staff have also changed. The new sales people seem pretty nice, but I will find out soon if they have the same customer focus and flexibility as in the past or if this is just another "get every dollar I can" dealership.

These individuals are sales persons and lack the experience and knowledge to repair your vehicle. There quality of work is poor and they will try and convince you that your vehicle we be as good as it was prior to the accident, that is false. Autoworks is a shop that is all about production and there quality of work reflects their attitudes. Body parts did not line up, dirt in paint and etc. I would strongly suggest that you do your research and look for other options. This rating scale does not go low enough!

Very poor quality service. The car came back still dirty, and the "engine clean" looked like it was…read moreonly sprayed off with a garden hose. I paid with a check without closely inspecting it first, trusting I would have honest and quality service. Boy, was I wrong. He refused to fix the deficiency and refused a refund or adjustment. After that, he refused to answer my message and ghosted me. The check was cashed so fast I couldn't stop payment on it. Look at the pictures. Do you think that the detail job was done correctly? It's pretty bad when you have to clean your car to get it clean after you overpaid to have it done professionally. In comparison, the other detail shop i went to did a great job, the car shined and cost less if the engine clean was cost was adjusted. Stay away.
