Now that they offer online reservations, I'm more inclined to visit because otherwise you risk showing up and having to wait (or leaving) because it's a small space. Their coffee was average. Nothing special. The only thing I couldn't figure out was my brioche French toast or the syrup tasted like amaretto which wasn't that big of an issue I would've just liked to know it was flavored. They give you some time between appetizers and the main dish unlike other places that bring you the appetizers and return five minutes later with the entrees. I would return to try their other seasonal menus. My only complaint is that we weren't sure where to park so we ended up street parking. Not a big deal though.

He was patient while we perused the case & asked questions. We sampled some cheeses to figure out what we like & what we didn't & ended up leaving with some yummy treats. Scott & Joe also have a little bit of a marketplace with delicious options of cured meats, crackers, jams, jellies, mustards & the like: perfect for any dinner party or snack plate. In my opinion, the best part is a not so secret little bistro section in the back where you can have a seat & be served some of the most delicious sandwiches, salads, & cheeseboards in the Hudson Valley.
