It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese.
