5 Stars! 10 if I could. I didn't expect a food truck, to turn into one of the most memorable…read moreexperiences I had during my 1st visit to North Carolina, But that's exactly what happened at Taco Bros in Greensboro, NC. First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

We saw this truck outside of Condon Yards Courtyard during an event. My daughter loves food trucks…read moreso we had to give it a try. Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

Food truck was in the area so I got the Philly cheesesteak and fries. Service was slightly slow but…read morethe people were friendly. Fries were nice and hot and seasoned well but the quantity was somewhat less than anticipated for $4. The philly cheesesteak was pretty good but the bread and meat were on the dry side (but maybe that's to keep the integrity of the bun). Overall, they were ok but a little pricey (~$14). Recommend still giving it a try if they're in the area.

A friend booked Pearl Kitchen for her neighborhood Food Truck night. I was able to text my order…read more Upon arriving, I was greeted immediately and I advised I had a text order and gave person my name. Considering I had just placed order prior to arriving, I didn't mind waiting. After a short while, food was ready, I paid my bill and received my order. After driving home, I unpacked food at home to find everything hot, fresh and as ordered. The Philly cheesesteaks were delicious as were the fresh cut fries (like my mom used to make--I would love the option to add sautéed peppers and/or mushrooms to sandwiches ). The hamburger and cheeseburger were generous portions (my best guess is 1/3 lb??). The lettuce on burgers had wilted by the time I arrived home, but it didn't matter as the sandwiches were promptly devoured by my girls. The youngest event ate some fresh cut fries dipped in ketchup--which never happens! All in all, I was very impressed with food and service. Staff was courteous, frieand personable. Highly recommend booking this food truck for your next event!

Break a law or two ( joking) and cut through an intersection or two. I'm kidding, so be safe. Birrieria has really gotten popular lately so check them out. Hot and fresh. Great service. They give you a lil buzzer so you know when your food is ready. Very quick and easy to get your order.

I was eyeing this place for an entire week and happy I tried it out being that I'm from California,…read morethe anticipation was quite high! It's a food truck located in Petra's parking lot and open hella late, which is a WIN! I ordered 4 Quesa birria tacos, Birria ramen and something that looked like a mini quesadilla, I'm unsure of the name. The ramen was very flavorful although it felt like something was missing compared to Cali but overall very delicious! The only thing I didn't appreciate was the price. The cup was tiny and priced at $11. There wasn't enough room for additional consommé (juice) in the cup. I honestly think the cup could be a little larger for $11 or add more meat. My friend says the Quesa Birrias ($17) were good but they still prefer La Costenita's. Personally I don't like La Costenita's, because the meat and taco shells are extremely dry. But that's why we're all entitled to our opinions and preferences. :) The item that looked like a quesadilla was really tasty and only $7! It reminded me of a taco sandwich lol. The lady that took my order could of been a bit friendlier but I understand most people in NC aren't friendly at all. She insisted I add cheese after repeatedly explaining I do not like cheese and advised to dip my taco sandwich in the ramen but there wasn't enough juice in my ramen cup to even attempt that. Overall the meal was delicious, I've tried many places and this is at the top of my list. I would return when I'm craving something authentic but the pricing needs to be adjusted for what you get. Give it a try and tell me what you think!
