They had a large covered area with picnic tables with buckets for the empty crawfish shells. We tried the "combo" (which came with 2 lbs crawfish, shrimp,corn, potatoes and sausage) to get a taste of their flavor. We did ask for no sausage in it and they said they would just sub corn or potatoes for it, but then didn't which was disappointing. However, the flavor and spice was perfect for us; lots of garlic! While there was someone in the truck, they called for someone from the house to come out and we had to wait for her arrival. My guess is they expected that we only spoke English and the older lady spoke Spanish. Aside from that, we were happy with everything.
