So l go inside to get it fr and they talking about it's 40 cause they was gonna give me a low terp and the level for 28. They didn't honor the online price or anything. I have always had a good experience here, except for my last visit. I purchased a cartridge, went home and tried it, and unfortunately it came with a burnt/defective coil. I understand you can't take every customer's word when it comes to an exchange, but unfortunately I was assured by their customer service phone line that I could come in and recieve an exchange. Unfortunately, I was sent to the store and denied an exchange. I just wanted a working product! It's a shame that they would not honor their own customer service. They will steal your grams please don't go I went several times and grams are always missing and when you go back they will say it's a error with the receipt but on my allotment it matches up with the receipt. I advise you to not go there the manager will also disregard your complain. Also I went there one day and they sold me and empty jar that was 14g and it was already closed so I waited until the morning but no one ever answered the phone. I am highly disappointed with this store. My advise is do not go! read more

WASTE OF TIME LITERALLY! it's funny, I just left them a good review as I pulled up to the location. But then I sat in the curbside section for an hour, called them to tell them that I'm here, they told me to wait. the hour passes by, I told them I've been sitting outside and they said that they don't do curbside anymore. They said I can go to the drive-through, but drive-through is closed down for maintenance. I couldn't get out the car because I have dogs and a baby in the car. They told me I can still come in. which i'm not , i ordered curbside for a reason . then security comes out and tells me that they're dog friendly, but the one on Western told me I couldn't bring my dogs inside. This whole company is just confused with themselves. The weed is cool, but the staffing /service absolutely terrible. not worth my time anymore & i've been a patient of theirs since they opened . very disappointing . i'm good read more

Had the worst experience at this dispensary. Went in to grab some cookies at $60 an eighth. Left and opened up the bag, when I was checking out the bag I noticed it said "greenhouse" on the cookies bags. I opened the bag up and could tell right away it was greenhouse flower, dry, weird smell, just trash weed. I called and asked why they wouldn't be telling their customers that it's greenhouse flower, especially since it's $60 an eighth and the manager laughed at me and said "I'm from Cali, all cookies weed is trash" so I said "you're fine selling customers weed at $60 and eighth that you claim is trash" and he continued to laugh then hung up on me. Even after calling attempting to get them to correct the situation they did nothing more even after assuring me they would have someone else call later to try and help. This is still one of my favorite MMJ dispensaries BUT BEWARE! Because this dispensary and others are using a middle man delivery service called Hytiva, you may (with a good chance may not) receive any of the Curaleaf discounts!!! I'm specifically talking about the recent text from Curaleaf "40% off all flower" special. I was told more than one time by the staff over the phone to confirm that they can't guarantee that the discount will be applied when delivered ...even though it's their own dispensary that's posting the price, sales and discounts! Only guarantee that you get the discounts is going in person. BTW They don't have curbside like the nearby dispensaries. If you are a high risk to Covid ask yourself am I prepared for the risk and anxiety being indoors with other people you don't know if they care about their lives like you do. I enjoy this company and friendly staff but as a mmj card holder I'm just looking out for others that set a budget for alternative MH medicine during this crappy era where fools object to do their part in protecting our country from a pandemic! read more

Started an order at 1:09pm om 10/28. Confirmation and order number received immediately. At 3:04pm get a text from delivery service asking about payment method and points. Responded at 4:01pm for my choice. Again at 4:29 received another text requesting info on points and payment method. Replied 4:31pm. Then asked if price listed included medical discount. Was told at 5:54pm to complete profile on Hytiva website ( even though all information on medical card was submitted with order). Finally got card and ID info loaded on website at 6:12pm. Never got anything else, so called Curaleaf starting at 7:30pm...2nd in queue. At 8:55pm I get a text that delivery service is closed. It is now 2 hours and 7 minutes STILL ON HOLD IN QUEUE and nothing! I will NEVER order from ANY of your dispensaries again, and will be sure to spread the word about your business practices. Worst dispensary experience ever. Ordered online at 12:58 received confirmation at 12::59 after 3 hours never received a puck up notification so I called and was told they were working on it. After another hour I decided it would be faster to purchase it at the counter. I arrived at 445pm waited in line through shift change after finally making it to the counter I was told my order was ready but it would be $50 more. I told the very rude budtender the price I was given and was told very dismissively that I was mistaken but if I could show my order and the price was what I said they would honor it. Long story short I produced the screen shot of my order and management still refused to honor the price. I was offered $5 in rewards points as if I would want to come back there ever again with this being more first time going there.
