I use Curaleaf exclusively, on College Rd. The employees are simply the best I would highlight on David and Ari. I use a walker still Ari walks me to my car helps me get my walker in. She even took a bag of Popeyes garbage out and took it into the garbage for me. I wish I knew all of their names. They are all great. They have a great points plan. I've never once had anyone speak rudely to me. I'm 71 years old and they have the upmost respect all of them. I wish I knew everyone's name, but they know mine when I walk in the door because I go every Wednesday and I look forward to chatting with them if they're not busy. I've suggested to them that if they have anyone asking for vape shops or such I recommend Lucky Bucks! read more

I love this shop beyond the great deals. My delivery drivers and packers Chris and Laura are rock stars. They have great personalities, and they make me laugh. I dig the regular communication to update my orders and alert me to my delivery times. I look forward to seeing and chatting with them the next time I shop. read more

Purchased an ounce of ground flower online. The product was advertised on Curaleaf's site to be 24% THC. Unfortunately I did not check the product before I left the store. When I arrived home (30+ miles round trip) much to my surprise the THC level on the product I received was 14%. Yes, that's correct a 10% variance (yes batches vary but 10% is ridiculous). I did not think much of it , stuff happens. Figured I would call and work something out. When I contacted the store I was told that the percentage (of THC) was only for minis, not ground. Incorrect, I told the gentleman to check the sight, he said he did and I was wrong. So I guess now I'm a liar? I even took pictures of the advertised 24% shake to make sure. I asked if I could return the items for "anything" in the store at regular price but was refused. Now I have wasted almost half my prescription on pure garbage. Just so you know ANY other dispensary in the area would have returned the product under the same circumstances (Trulieve, AYR, Grow Healthy, etc.) In short, buyer beware. Actually do yourself a favor and do not go at all. Thanks. read more

Terrible experience. Placed order online, went to store to pick up order. They tell me to go to the other store even though the order shows Curaleaf Ocala....go to other store and they tell me it's the other store....called them back and then they tell me that my order was cancelled...WTF....Horrible first experience! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. After being a loyal customer for over two years I asked to exchange a vape cart that they sold me after telling me in person the pen and cartridge were black. As soon as I got in the car in their parking lot I opened the package to see that it was not in-fact black as I was told. I went back inside to ask them to exchange it for one that was and they refused. Even if the weren't able to resell the vape cart because I opened the packaging I think a simple $25 credit to my account for it would have been more than fair after giving me false information. Disappointing that a company I've been a customer at for two years would allow that over something as insignificant as $25. read more

Great staff, they actually have product you can look at behind glass cases. They have edibles and other stuff on site, seems like their flower is a pretty good selection, really nice staff! read more

This place has very small wait time and good price ices for product. Also have good flower sales too, I'm a fan

I checked in and was seated. The white guys with glasses finished with his customer. I was seated right in front of him and he never opened his mouth to see if I needed any help. After 15 minutes, I told the lady who checked me in that since nobody helped me with my purchase, that I was leaving. All she said was "ok."Another rising star place in Ocala, FL. Such dim lights with no customer service know-how. I really do not know how some places stay in business here! Lots of businesses have the same type of brain-dead employees! read more

The pick up process is the worst ever and it gets worst every visit just keeps getting worse. They received my order this morning and the text said I would receive another text with instructions. Well I never received my text that my order was ready. This is the second Time within the last two weeks that this has happened. This place is unorganized and has the most terrible customer service I ever experienced. It's like someone that works at a Courthouse or DMV were there is no accountability for what they do and what they say. Worthless Dispensary. read more

I decided to visit this location today and wow, absolutely amazed! Wide variety of strains and even had a THC balm which is some what rare to find in other places. Krizia was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me as she explained everything. They even had a drive thru which was super convenient. If you're a first time patient at curaleaf you get 25% off and a complimentary vape pen so be sure to take advantage of that. read more
