There is a small parking lot and the building used to be a bank. The place was spacious, clean, and organized. When I first walked in, there was a person at the counter who checked ID's. There were seats and a kiosk in a waiting area; you can order on the kiosk and then wait there. Once the items are ready, you're called into the next room to meet the budtender. They check your ID again and then you checkout with them. If you use a debit card, there will be a $4 charge; it's best to use cash or Dutchiepay which links to your bank account and there is no fee; they also accept Google pay and Apple pay. You can also pre-order on their website and pick-up. The people that worked there were friendly and knowledgeable. Check out their website for sales and coupons; currently new customers get discounts. Since this type of establishment is still new to the state of CT, the prices are higher compared to nearby states; this is beyond their control though, so I can't fault them for that. Overall, experience was 5 stars.

They are slit in half and talk may be its the same but I'm not buying into that. I'm insulted that it wasn't even communicated to me when they had reason to have knowledge that this was a change that a customer might want to ask some questions about. Located directly off Route 8, they have a consistent inventory, and loyalty program for discounts and perks. I find their commitment to the community through giving back an excellent incentive to use this spot for my go-to recreational cannabis needs. For instance, at the moment they have a perishable food donation drive for the Thanksgiving holiday. They match donations and offer their customers a discount for participating. The phone prompt asked me if I would like English or Spanish. So I pushed for English it put me into the queue. The Rep answerd me which location I was looking for ? So I said Manchester Connecticut. The Rep must have been in an Asian country the Rep had a very heavy Indian accent I could barely understand anything he was telling me. Looking for what benefits were available to me it was frustrating to comprehend what the benefits were. Over and over I had to ask for clarification. So I ended the call and called Fine Fettle in Newington and received a totally different experience. Fine Fettle staff answered all my questions and I spoke to someone that was actually in the store. The benefits were much better. As a consumer I can spend my money where I choose so I choose Fine Fettle. Sorry Curaleaf but you folks need to get your customer service fixed. The Rep from Curaleaf was obviously reading from a script and I'm not sure he even understood what he was reading. The delivery from Curaleaf is $150.00 minimum Fine Fettle $100.00 10% discount for seniors and low income the discount would be 15% non stackable. When you have a potential customer who is a senior in a wheelchair looking for answers outsourcing your calls out to an Rep who is extremely difficult to understand just doesn't work. Hopefully this will hit home and they fix this frustrating issue.

Effective for my back pain from a spine surgery in November and dealing with mental health issues because of the loss of my job and other things that compounded in my life.But it all started with losing my job at 1-800 got junk.I got hurt lifting a 8 man or 6 man hot tub.I didn't want to do the job didn't have the correct tools plus the customer didn't want the hot tub cut up in her well kept yard.After negotiations with my operation manager at the time they locked the job in for $800. I've been here ever since.I use it crushed a few things in my back.I didn't know what to do but the hot tub got removed.However I haven't been the same since.I have been depressed ever since.I pay child support for a child in Florida and helped to provide in the house I live in now.I lost it all that day well I struggled to work because of the pain and depression but what does a man do suck it up a do what you have to do.Thank my higher power for my partner she is a great person single mom, works full time.And helps me with my day to day tasks and helps me deal with my anxiety and depression and all the other issues by being understanding and unselfish.Thanks INSA for aiding me in another well mental health session.Thanks for the Springfield,Mass employee that are well trained or just understanding people can't find that to much...
