Cuptown ! Cuz it's in uptown! I finally get the name, I've been here so many times... Haha. I had a delicious blueberry puffin, cuz it was baked like a delicious puff ! It's cute inside and I'm impressed with all the cool Sedona selection of t shirts and hoodies they sell. Art walls, plants and lots of cute seating inside and out. Some retro alien music chiming in the background made the vibe good as I sipped my magical dark coffee !

This was our last stop before leaving Sedona and I am so glad we made time for it. Everyone was very friendly. There is seating outdoors and indoors. It was very nice to sip our coffee and have such beautiful views. The drinks were nothing special but the carrot walnut muffin was one of the best things I have ever had. It was so moist and flavorful. I would check this place out just for the muffin.

Unique ambience, lots of really cool paintings, the plants give it a homey feel, and every piece of furniture looks antique. My family and I like to visit different coffee shops when we are on vacation and this one was anything but ordinary. Service was great, staff were friendly, and we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks. No noise, light background music, and lots of sitting available. I had the S'more Micha which was delicious and not sweet at all. Perfect balance between coffee and flavor.

Traveling to Sedona for a birthday trip,we started off in search of local establishments for coffee. This is trickier than it looks, because some standalone coffee shops we found use commercial coffees instead of locally roasted. Other places to get coffee served full breakfast, which isn't what we wanted. I will say that Cuptown had good coffee, and their description of having light bites to eat is correct. I do like a lighter roast coffee and soy milk as an alternative, and they did not have that here. I did pick out a delicious muffin, but the selection is limited so if you do have food allergies you may want to check in advance. We did expect to pay more for things out here, but I think my coffee and muffin came out to be about $15, which seemed to be a little high even for Sedona. Even in retrospect, several other coffee shops we went to didn't seem quite as pricey. If this is close to you however, I would give it a try.

Stopped by Cuptown on our last day in Sedona. It's a quaint spot with plenty of parking. The caramel latte was delicious and not overly sweet. But the real standout was the carrot walnut muffin (which is why half is missing in the pic). It was so flavorful & moist! This along with the warm, friendly service made for a wonderful experience. Cuptown is definitely on the list for future Sedona visits.

came to visit Sedona from Southern California and wanted a quick pick me up so I decided to stop by Cuptown. Upon walking in, the customer service was great! I tend to be picky with ordering matcha outside of home. However, i was very lucky and can say Cuptown has the best matcha lattes in Sedona. They have a great amount of syrups you can add, however, they're honey lavender matcha was hands down a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back.

Cute little coffee shop in Sedona. I really appreciate that they have their own parking lot. I tried a s'mores latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Smooth with well balanced flavors. Also got a croissant which was crispy buttery goodness. The views just add to the experience in the best way possible. Staff was friendly as well.

Pretty good for coffee! We visited Cuptown on a Friday morning and found it moderately busy. The interior had a cozy ambiance and featured lots of art for sale by local artists. They had a Spring Latte menu with a good assortment of signature drinks, which I always love. I chose an iced Blueberry Muffin Latte and my friend got the Lavender Vanilla Latte. Their payment system was down so we paid in cash while a line of customers quickly formed behind us. My iced Blueberry Muffin Latte was delicious and really did taste like a blueberry muffin! It was also caffeinated enough, despite its light color. Overall, worth the visit.

Very cute local coffee shop. A little off the main drag of uptown Sedona but it has its own parking lot which is very convenient. The service was great. Our drinks were quick and super delicious. I loved the lavender vanilla latte it was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Guy was extremely fast, nice and smooth! Drink looks so amazing! The leaf he did was incredible, didn't need to add sugar JUST RIGHT on my mocha, ladies chai tea was also awesome, she tends to have a hard time finding good places for her favorite tea, but this place it's definitely the spot! Sitting on the chairs for maybe 30 seconds was like sitting in a vortex to absolute beauty.

This is a great spot for both tourists and locals! It's out of the way, so it's not as crowded, and the atmosphere is very inviting! Coffee and tea are the main sellers here (both of which are delicious), but they also sell books, art, jewelry, and a few other cute items. It's definitely a great stop during a day in Sedona! read more

Trying to be a quaint local coffee shop, but again, service was painfully slow. It took the barista about 10 minutes to get 2 expressos and a cappuccino. Don't get me wrong, the coffee was good and strong, but maybe I'm not used to the small town coffee house. And no I'm not a Starbucks junkie! read more

Came here earlier this morning for coffee and it was delicious. I got a cold brew & my dad got hot coffee, very high quality at great prices! The coffee gave me energy to hike Wilson mountain. (5 hours & 10 miles later) I came back after my hike to get a recovery smoothie & it was the best decision! I got strawberry banana & my dad got chocolate protein. Both were amazing. The atmosphere is great and the owners & staff are super friendly and pleasant. Definitely coming back. Theias gets a perfect score from me I HIGHLY a recommend stopping by. Cute yet spacious coffee shop. So far, the best reviewed coffee shop in this area. I ordered a berry protein shake with coconut milk, hemp protein, and green superfood. It was delicious and made with real berries! There is a lot of parking in front. Two very nice female employees, as well! I would definite recommend this cafe! read more

What a quaint place. There is lots to see when you walk in. This place is quite popular so get here early to avoid the rush. We had a smoothie and bagel. Everything was good. The setting was great and the parking also great. Staff is friendly and helpful. They serve a lot of people for sure. I would go back. read more

We visited this coffee shop one morning during our week long stay in Sedona. Tucked back behind the main road thru Uptown Sedona, it's not hard to find. We had a cafe au lait and a latte, and both of us enjoyed them. Very nice barista. read more

Yay! Cute coffeeshop in Sedona. Doesnt seem like theres a ton of nice places to grab some coffee, but we happened upon Theia's and liked it so much we went back twice in one day. Locally roasted beans from Flagstaff- a plus in my book. Good drip, mom loved her english breakfast tea, and her latte! Guy who works there is so nice! Def recommend. Has some pastries too if you want that, as well as a selection of some artsy goods in the back. Super cute place. read more

Nicest owners and staff coming out of the Covid crisis... we escaped from California to Sedona for a sense of peace and normalcy & found it! The set up is a bit awkward, there's not really one space you can comfortably sit by yourself. It's all kind of out in the open. Other than that, if you want to swing by just for a cup of coffee this place is not bad. I can see why other people like it though. read more

Great little find tucked away off the Main Street. We just happened to stumble upon it. It has a court yard with umbrellas and a nice relaxed feel inside. I had a almond milk chai latte and it was really good! Now I know why the sign outside had it as a summer favourite. I'd recommend stopping here for either something to go or sit in. They also have made to order juices and a selection of sweet treats. read more

Great service, great pastries. One of the best Blueberry muffins I have ever had. Wonderful atmosphere, comfy overstuffed chairs and sofas. Kari even brought me a blanket one day when she noticed I was cold. (some vendors were setting up tables and it was a windy day, not usually cold in here) Personally I'm a tea drinker and they have a great selection of loose leaf teas. My friends love their coffee and smoothies. Great local spot, a block off 89A on Apple. Wonderful music on the weekends. read more

Loved Theia's!! This is a great place to enjoy a quick breakfast and pleasant conversation. The coffee and bagels were delicious -just what we needed prior to the Sedona Half Marathon. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. The owner, Kari, sets the tone...easy going and attentive to her clientele. We enjoyed the chocolate protein shakes after the race and again the following morning for breakfast! So looking forward to returning and spending more time. This business was probably the most unfriendly coffee house I have ever visited. That in addition to the worst coffee ever. Money wasted, the employees were part timers with no really interest in making a good cup of coffee or reply in a civil manner. It was obvious they preferred to be left alone. read more

The worst service, I have ever received anywhere in Sedona...actually almost anywhere... and by the owner herself. Incredibly rude! My friend and I were so shocked that we left immediately. What I find really interesting is that the place was almost empty...besides us..and from what I hear barely holding on...now I know why. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere...I highly recommend Kens Creekside coffee house or even Whole Foods coffee bar, both places are very friendly, more then accommodating, and have amazing drink and food options and better prices. Good luck lasting in a small town Thiea's with that kind of attitude. I will never return and I was meeting friends there weekly for coffee dates...not anymore....and I'll be letting everyone in town know about my awful experience....word travels fast in a small town....ps. In the middle of the day Kens Creekside coffee house is slammed and right down the street from you..we were coming to you because it was a bit quieter and more private....Never again, you not only lost me, but also my circle of girlfriends. Theia's Coffee House is absolutely delightful! The staff at the Matterhorn Inn recommended this awesome coffee house to us. On Saturday, January 31st, we had coffee and bagels prior to the Sedona Marathon event, and returned in the afternoon for chocolate protein shakes. We stopped in again on Sunday just before returning home to California. Kari has created a wonderful place for relaxation and conversation. The ambiance is very warm, calming and welcoming. On Saturday afternoon, there was a guitarist providing lovely music. The people who came in while we were there were very friendly. You could tell they were regular customers. If you have not been Theia's, please make sure you stop in your next trip to Sedona. This will be a regular stop for us when we return for our next hiking adventure. Blessings!! read more

Great little cafe, tucked away from the busy Main Street with all the tourists. The guy serving us (there was no one else on duty) was super nice and explained all the unique concoctions! I liked the vibe in here. It was quiet and comfortable. Good fast friendly service. Coffee was so good and not burnt tasting like you get at Starbucks. I just got an iced coffee with milk. Convenient parking in the lot. Good spot if you want to get off the main drag for a bit. read more

I love Theias! It's just off the main road with its own parking lot. It's so cozy, staff is amazing and they have a small kids area with toys, books, crayons and a table set. The even brew local coffee which is a huge deal for me. My family and I frequent Sedona for hiking and other recreation and this place is always a must-stop. I was reluctant to write a review to talk about how amazing this place is in fear that too many people will find it and crowd it, but it doesn't matter. The staff was even great when my 2 year old spilled his very full drink and they cleaned up and replaced it! There is even a very well-maintained restroom for customers. This place is great. I'm not huge in chain coffee places like Starbucks, this place is more my style. It's comfortable, down to earth, delicious, and it has possibilities the friendliest staff of any coffee place I've been to. read more

Cuptown is a cozy, yet vibrant coffee shop located in Uptown, Sedona, AZ. Just one block off the Main Street (89A) on the corner of Apple Ave. and Cedar St. We have FREE Wi-Fi and parking on site! And views of Snoopy, Lucy & the turtle from our front porch! We specialize in espresso drinks, including our special cold brew, loose-leaf teas, real fruit smoothies and protein shakes. Our premium quality coffee beans are roasted fresh in Flagstaff at "Late for the Train" Roastery, and delivered weekly. On-site PARKING available in our lot!

Established in 2022.

Theia's coffee/tea was started in 2013. In 2022 the new owners changed the name and rebranded as Cuptown. Same great coffee, espresso and teas! And now Italian cream sodas for Summer! We also sell cups and mugs from local artist Sarah, and some baked goodies by Beth.

While I hesitate to agree with any establishment that talks about having the best coffee because of that one scene in Elf, I can agree that it is good. And one donut was certainly not enough, but I was worried about how those would last in the heat and in my car. In retrospect, I wish I had listened to the voice in the back of my head telling me to get two. Learn from my mistake and indulge the whim. I was worried about a long line, but I came at around 0900 on a Sunday and waited in a very short, fast-moving line. A large part of that is pretty exceptional service, who didn't point to the big sign that answered one of the questions I asked. The inside is quite small, and there's limited seating indoors and outdoors. I really can't say enough good things about Sedonuts, and look forward to being back on my next trip.

What we tried: Iced Hazelnut Mocha Latte (seasonal special) - 5/5 Strawberry Matcha Latte (seasonal special) - 4/5 Dirty Chai Latte - 4.5/5 They have *THE BEST* hazelnut mocha latte I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them since it's pretty much my favorite coffee flavor combination. I would have 20 cups of it if I could. Or take some home with me and keep gallons of it in our freezer just so I can have it everyday. Because it absolutely hit all the right notes for me. The strawberry matcha latte was good, but I didn't taste much strawberry, and I personally prefer my matcha latte to have a little bit of sweetness--like a good balance of earthy and sweet--but this wasn't sweet at all. Their dirty chai, on the other hand, was like a warm hug on a cold day. It had the perfect blend of spiciness, sweetness, and creaminess with an extra kick of caffeine. The parking situation is pretty tight as well, so be aware of that. Probably won't return to this place during the remainder of our trip, but the staff was very nice.

Wanted to love this place so much but the service was soooooo slow. It took over 10 mins for 2 iced latte drinks and then one was a mistake and it took another 10 minutes later until we finally got the 2nd drink. I think this place is perfect if you're not in a rush, but for a location right in uptown with all the tourists, they really should improve on accommodating the rush a lot better. Otherwise, cute spot, great for little kids, and a nice coffee/tea and protein shake/smoothie menu. read more

Theia's serves great cappuccino, have a wonderful selection of pastries, all in a friendly, efficient and pleasant atmosphere. We are picky about our coffee, and so are Jana and Kari, the co-owners who take turns turning out delicious espressos, lattes, and other drinks. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. The coffee was extremely weak and lacked flavor.
