We drove there and I purchased a dozen for a meeting I drove up here to attend. One of the people at the meeting had a friend attending, and when I brought the box of donuts in, she told her friend '"These are the donuts I've been telling you about." Everyone enjoyed them, including the guest speaker and her crew. I'd been warned about the line waiting to order, which made its way outdoors. In reality, the line was only a minute or two long. I was impressed by their apple fritters: usually, the dough is quite saturated with the cooking oil used, but these were light, crunchy, and not at all what I usually expect. Service was excellent, and they treat the customer really well (saw someone re-order as they initially ordered the wrong item; the individual at the register was very nice to the crabby customer -- who tried to make it the mistake of the server: that wasn't her fault). They have very good coffee. Prices are what they are as fuel prices have made a mess of the economy.

This is the cutest coffee shop. It's a modern design with cool comfy vibes. They sell all types of crystals and jewelry in a boutique storefront and toward the back is the cafe. It has a small seating area that is ideal to kick back for a little while. The baristas are very nice and cheerful. I will say they offer one of the best Brazilian coffee beans. The barista who made my drink happened to be from my home city and very knowledgeable. I loved the latte! It was smooth and bold without any bitterness. The perfect pick me up before a day of Sedona exploration. I highly recommend anyone visiting Sedona to stop in! There's a tiny parking lot but I arrived early so I didn't have parking issues.

This business willfully, blatantly, and irresponsibly violates county, state, and federal health codes for food establishments. This was independently verified and confirmed by the Coconino County Health Department. The people working at the counter refused to address the problem. There was no manager on-site. Presumably, they knew what they were doing was wrong and egregiously disgusting, because they must have taken a food handler's course in order to work there, right? But, they argued and said they were correct and doing nothing wrong. Remember, the health department verified that they WERE wrong! They do not seem to care at all about the health and safety of their customers, nor the cleanliness of their establishment. All of the employees need to be retrained on food safety and customer service. It is very sad when your customers know the regulations better than the employees, and it is even sadder that they just don't care.

They were a much needed respite, who were reasonable, understanding and didn't need a bunch of unnecessary rules. Their offerings are outstanding and just what I would be offering if this were my cafe. Great chocolates, great drinks, great atmosphere, super people that work there and are engaging. I'll address something that may be helpful for other travelers. As we were leaving, a group of women mentioned to us that they had experienced some prejudice during their visit. As a Black couple, that naturally gave us pause and stayed in the back of our minds while we were there. That said, I can only speak to our own experience, and throughout our visit we felt welcomed, comfortable, well-served, and completely taken care of. We saw a diverse mix of guests and staff, and everyone we interacted with was kind. I mention it only because I know other travelers may be looking for that perspective when researching places to visit when from out of town. Now for the food. The fresh-baked biscuits were massive and absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed the coffee, and I have to mention the mugs because they were surprisingly cute and added to the charm of the experience. Of course, the real star here is the omelet menu. There are over 100 omelets to choose from, and as people who love a good omelet, we were in heaven. Our meals were excellent, and honestly, I wish we'd had more time in Sedona because I would have happily come back to work my way through several more options. When a restaurant specializes in something and does it well, I usually stick to what they're known for.
