Cuptown Coffee House was one of our favorite stops in Sedona and such a charming place to start the day. The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere with adorable décor and a thoughtfully curated selection of cute merchandise that makes you want to browse while waiting for your drinks. It's the kind of local coffee shop that feels cozy, stylish, and full of personality. I ordered the Dirty Chai, and I can honestly say it was the best chai I've ever had. It was perfectly balanced with rich espresso, warm spices, and a smooth, creamy finish that made every sip absolutely delicious. It's the kind of drink you'll find yourself thinking about long after you've left. My husband tried the Dubai Chocolate, and it was just as impressive. Rich, indulgent, and beautifully crafted, it was the perfect sweet treat to pair with our coffee. Everything we tried was exceptional, and you could tell that quality and attention to detail are a priority here. Between the incredible drinks, delicious treats, welcoming atmosphere, and adorable merchandise, Cuptown Coffee House is so much more than just a coffee stop--it's an experience. If you're visiting Sedona, this is definitely a place worth adding to your itinerary. We absolutely loved it and will be making it a must-visit every time we're back in town.

If you want to see how surprisingly rare it is to get coffee at the right temperature, just visit a few coffee shops these days. Lukewarm. Scalding. Somehow both at once. And then there's Cup Town Coffee in Sedona, Arizona, quietly getting it exactly right. Let's start there. The coffee was brewed and served at the perfect temperature. Not "wait ten minutes before you can sip it" hot. Not "did this sit on the counter?" warm. Just right. Bravo. It feels like such a small thing until someone nails it, and they absolutely did. We ordered the Cupid's Mocha, a dark chocolate and strawberry combo that could have gone very wrong in lesser hands. Instead, it was rich, balanced, and just sweet enough without feeling like dessert in a cup. Chocolate forward with a subtle strawberry finish. It tasted intentional. Thoughtful. Like someone actually cares about what lands in the mug. We took our drinks outside, grabbed a seat, and soaked in that ridiculous Sedona mountain view. And honestly, what's better than sitting next to the person you love, sipping a perfectly made mocha, staring at red rock formations that look like they were painted by someone showing off? Five stars. Great coffee, perfect temperature, and a view that makes you want to cancel the rest of your day. Cup Town gets it right.

I've been in Sedona just under 3 days. I've visited this coffee shop 3 times. Lots of yummy choices. I had the cortado last time, spiced latte today - along with a delicious carrot walnut muffin. Tons of indoor seating and a couple of outdoor tables too.

Cuptown ! Cuz it's in uptown! I finally get the name, I've been here so many times... Haha. I had a delicious blueberry puffin, cuz it was baked like a delicious puff ! It's cute inside and I'm impressed with all the cool Sedona selection of t shirts and hoodies they sell. Art walls, plants and lots of cute seating inside and out. Some retro alien music chiming in the background made the vibe good as I sipped my magical dark coffee !

This was our last stop before leaving Sedona and I am so glad we made time for it. Everyone was very friendly. There is seating outdoors and indoors. It was very nice to sip our coffee and have such beautiful views. The drinks were nothing special but the carrot walnut muffin was one of the best things I have ever had. It was so moist and flavorful. I would check this place out just for the muffin.

Unique ambience, lots of really cool paintings, the plants give it a homey feel, and every piece of furniture looks antique. My family and I like to visit different coffee shops when we are on vacation and this one was anything but ordinary. Service was great, staff were friendly, and we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks. No noise, light background music, and lots of sitting available. I had the S'more Micha which was delicious and not sweet at all. Perfect balance between coffee and flavor.

Traveling to Sedona for a birthday trip,we started off in search of local establishments for coffee. This is trickier than it looks, because some standalone coffee shops we found use commercial coffees instead of locally roasted. Other places to get coffee served full breakfast, which isn't what we wanted. I will say that Cuptown had good coffee, and their description of having light bites to eat is correct. I do like a lighter roast coffee and soy milk as an alternative, and they did not have that here. I did pick out a delicious muffin, but the selection is limited so if you do have food allergies you may want to check in advance. We did expect to pay more for things out here, but I think my coffee and muffin came out to be about $15, which seemed to be a little high even for Sedona. Even in retrospect, several other coffee shops we went to didn't seem quite as pricey. If this is close to you however, I would give it a try.

Stopped by Cuptown on our last day in Sedona. It's a quaint spot with plenty of parking. The caramel latte was delicious and not overly sweet. But the real standout was the carrot walnut muffin (which is why half is missing in the pic). It was so flavorful & moist! This along with the warm, friendly service made for a wonderful experience. Cuptown is definitely on the list for future Sedona visits.

Cute little coffee shop in Sedona. I really appreciate that they have their own parking lot. I tried a s'mores latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Smooth with well balanced flavors. Pretty good for coffee! We visited Cuptown on a Friday morning and found it moderately busy. The interior had a cozy ambiance and featured lots of art for sale by local artists. They had a Spring Latte menu with a good assortment of signature drinks, which I always love. I chose an iced Blueberry Muffin Latte and my friend got the Lavender Vanilla Latte. Their payment system was down so we paid in cash while a line of customers quickly formed behind us. My iced Blueberry Muffin Latte was delicious and really did taste like a blueberry muffin! It was also caffeinated enough, despite its light color. Overall, worth the visit.

Early morning latte runs are best with smooth foam and toasty espresso. My man at uptown delivered. Lattes and chai were awesome. Just happened to be the first day of for the French Toast Latte- so we had to try it out. So happy I did. Delish! Art covers the walls with coffee bean burlap sacks as the register facade. Authentic, welcoming and smelled great. Check this place out. They open earlier than some of the other coffee shops around and have what you need for real espresso and latte drinks. read more

We ordered their golden mylk and cold brew. The goldyn mylk was so good, typically when I order turmeric lattes the spices are very strong and poignant but this was just the perfect balance, it was creamy and subtle. Service was friendly and you can tell that this is a spot where locals come as well, there is plenty of seating as well - nice ambiance if you're looking for a nice cup of coffee and want to sit and read a book or chat it up with friends. There is parking right across from the coffee shop. read more

This place is a gem. Such a fun menu and very knowledgeable staff. Travis made me an amazing vanilla latte, one of the best I've ever had. Nick, the owner, is so kind and has successfully created an intentionally cozy, welcoming environment that allows people to connect with one another. came to visit Sedona from Southern California and wanted a quick pick me up so I decided to stop by Cuptown. Upon walking in, the customer service was great! I tend to be picky with ordering matcha outside of home. However, i was very lucky and can say Cuptown has the best matcha lattes in Sedona. They have a great amount of syrups you can add, however, they're honey lavender matcha was hands down a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Getting a chai latte can be a hit or miss but this chai latte..... !! the chai wasn't too spicy, more on the creamy side with a little kick of spice at the end. Husband ordered a honey cinnamon latte which he enjoyed a lot. The location is just off Main Street - easy to find and access if walking around Sedona. Will definitely come back when visiting again! read more

Guy was extremely fast, nice and smooth! Drink looks so amazing! The leaf he did was incredible, didn't need to add sugar JUST RIGHT on my mocha, ladies chai tea was also awesome, she tends to have a hard time finding good places for her favorite tea, but this place it's definitely the spot! Sitting on the chairs for maybe 30 seconds was like sitting in a vortex to absolute beauty. read more

I stopped here before a jeep tour on my first day in Sedona. The coffee was so good, and the people who worked there were so kind, I came back every single morning. They have parking, restrooms, seating, Wi-Fi and I was able to get oat milk in my americano. If you're looking for a great start to your morning look no further, Cuptown is the best! read more

A convenient coffee shop along the way! It was really easy to get here on our long drive back to Phoenix! They have a surprisingly spacious lobby and some cozy seating areas. They display a lot of beautiful art that you can also purchase. The barista this day had his 6 year old daughter with him which worked out perfect for our little 6 year old who is always happy to make a new friend! The girls played together while my husband and I enjoyed our drinks - a hot chocolate and a seasonal gingerbread latte. Both were very tasty! I'd definitely stop by here again! read more

Cuptown is a cozy, yet vibrant coffee shop located in Uptown, Sedona, AZ. Just one block off the Main Street (89A) on the corner of Apple Ave. and Cedar St. We have FREE Wi-Fi and parking on site! And views of Snoopy, Lucy & the turtle from our front porch! We specialize in espresso drinks, including our special cold brew, loose-leaf teas, real fruit smoothies and protein shakes. Our premium quality coffee beans are roasted fresh in Flagstaff at "Late for the Train" Roastery, and delivered weekly. On-site PARKING available in our lot!

Established in 2022.

Theia's coffee/tea was started in 2013. In 2022 the new owners changed the name and rebranded as Cuptown. Same great coffee, espresso and teas! And now Italian cream sodas for Summer! We also sell cups and mugs from local artist Sarah, and some baked goodies by Beth.

We drove there and I purchased a dozen for a meeting I drove up here to attend. One of the people at the meeting had a friend attending, and when I brought the box of donuts in, she told her friend '"These are the donuts I've been telling you about." Everyone enjoyed them, including the guest speaker and her crew. I'd been warned about the line waiting to order, which made its way outdoors. In reality, the line was only a minute or two long. I was impressed by their apple fritters: usually, the dough is quite saturated with the cooking oil used, but these were light, crunchy, and not at all what I usually expect. Service was excellent, and they treat the customer really well (saw someone re-order as they initially ordered the wrong item; the individual at the register was very nice to the crabby customer -- who tried to make it the mistake of the server: that wasn't her fault). They have very good coffee. Prices are what they are as fuel prices have made a mess of the economy.

They were a much needed respite, who were reasonable, understanding and didn't need a bunch of unnecessary rules. I squeezed into the take out area and witnessed a staff member give a customer his 2 pizzas and 3 salads, saying "you're all set!" Only to have the customer say they were missing 2 items. Then ensues the next 10 min of the staff looking high and low for those 2 items and finally determining that the kitchen did not cook them. All the while knocking other takeout boxes of food onto the ground (at least in boxes) and picking them back up again. Also muttering under his breath "I'm busy and no one is helping me!" When it was finally my turn, he was disorganized and asked me several times my name and when I had placed the order. He eventually found the my order, and in typical Murphy's law fashion, mine was a box that had fallen onto the floor. The burrata caprese was in a clear plastic container and it looked like the dog's breakfast. But by this time, I just wanted to get outta there.

As many people I send to this restaurant. I will let all of my guests and friends know how I was treated and DO NOT come here if you have allergies. There are so many other restaurants I could choose in Sedona.

Wanted to love this place so much but the service was soooooo slow. It took over 10 mins for 2 iced latte drinks and then one was a mistake and it took another 10 minutes later until we finally got the 2nd drink. I think this place is perfect if you're not in a rush, but for a location right in uptown with all the tourists, they really should improve on accommodating the rush a lot better. Otherwise, cute spot, great for little kids, and a nice coffee/tea and protein shake/smoothie menu. read more

Theia's serves great cappuccino, have a wonderful selection of pastries, all in a friendly, efficient and pleasant atmosphere. We are picky about our coffee, and so are Jana and Kari, the co-owners who take turns turning out delicious espressos, lattes, and other drinks. A short block off 89A in Uptown, this is well worth a visit if you care about coffee or pastries, served by a friendly team in a calm, welcoming environment. read more
