They were a much needed respite, who were reasonable, understanding and didn't need a bunch of unnecessary rules. Seriously, like a big hug of nostalgia. When we went it was cash only, not sure if that's normal (presumably not since it was a hand written sign on the door). The other ice cream and baked goods looked YUMMO so we will likely be back. Worth the splurge (both calories and money wise)
