Getting toxins out!!!
K C.

Every time I get out of a cupping session I feel renewed! I schedule them at the beginning of my weeks so I can start my work-week just right and full of energy. Getting the toxins out of my body makes me feel better, sleep better and it regulates my lazy digestive system! Camila is such a sweet heart and a great professional! She always targets what I need and a little bit more. Thank you for taken such good care of my body... It loves to be loved by your magic hands and cups!!!

This was incredible!

From the start, I was greeted by a young woman at the front desk, Johnny, who was incredibly pleasant, polite, and welcoming. She checked me in smoothly, explained the available add-ons clearly, and made the whole process feel effortless and comfortable. I opted to add the CBD oil to my session, highly recommend! I then met Pete, my masseuse, for a 90 min deep tissue massage. The room was quiet, peaceful, and soothing, with just the right ambiance to unwind. The massage itself was amazing! I was so relaxed I could barely stay awake! Pete's technique was spot on, working out all the knots without being overly aggressive. I checked the clock before and after out of curiosity (I've been shorted 10-15 minutes at other places for undressing/dressing time), and I was surprised to see I got the full 90 minutes! No skimping here! When it ended, Pete offered me water, and the receptionist followed up right away to ask how it went. I told her I was very satisfied and plan to return soon. The business is very clean, the staff is professional from start to finish, and the massage quality is top-notch. If you're looking for a genuine, no-rush experience with skilled therapists and friendly front of house service, this place is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

Monica made the booking process effortless and welcoming, setting the tone before we even arrived. When we got there, Jesse greeted us warmly and made us feel instantly relaxed and taken care of. Meanwhile, Sarah took such thoughtful and attentive care of my mom during her massage, which meant a lot to me. The whole experience felt calm, personalized, and genuinely rejuvenating. It was the perfect way to spend quality time together while being completely pampered. We'll definitely be back!

The person making the appointment spent a great deal of time with me trying to figure out which one of the services would work best given the time of day and who was available. She may be worth more than what she is getting paid. In any event, this was a good experience and by the time I left, all effects of the too much caffeine had been vanquished. I was genuinely sorry I didn't have time to schedule another visit.

For the price and going in for a problem area, fantastic!…read more To preface, I'm someone that's very low maintenance/simple. If you are more high maintenance and want all the extras and more expensive spa features this may not be the place for you, but giving that as a warning now so someone with that type of lifestyle doesn't go in thinking it's something it's not. I really feel like I have to leave a review because some of the negative reviews almost discouraged me from going here, but I am SO glad I did. About 2 weeks ago I strained a muscle in my left upper back and another just deep to my L shoulder blade. I have background in PT and work in healthcare so I tried to resolve it myself with no avail. In the field I work in, I am axial loading A LOT, carrying heavy bags, gear, and equipment. This week I told myself I NEEDED to get a massage. I've gotten several over the years as someone with Thoracic (70deg) and lumbar (50deg) severe scoliosis. I got a 90min full body massage today for $90. I had Lucy and she was GREAT! I showed her the areas I was having tightness and she worked that out and more in the first 30 minutes. I was skeptical at first because the first 30 mins of the massage were dry with no lotion, but I think that was intentional to work out the knots that I had throughout my back. For the next 30 mins, she used lotion and primarily continued on my whole back, neck, and upper glute area. Last 30 minutes she covered my limbs front/back and chest area. I am a 5'2, 160 lbs, solid, athletic build female. My masseuse was probably no more than 120lbs but you wouldn't have known it. She used leverage to really get into the areas I had problems with and I left as a satisfied customer feeling much looser in my upper back. Definitely will be back and recommend! Things to consider: *For the price, you're not getting a fancy place. For some the sheet may be too small/not enough coverage. If that's something that is a concern for you I would recommend bringing a sheet of your own along for extra draping and/or asking for an additional sheet. It didn't bother me, but I saw that was a complaint below. *Walls and doors are thin. If you're going there for a muted experience where you only hear the music in the background, not a place for you. (I'm super easy and low maintenance so that wasn't bothersome for me, but I could see how that might bother someone else.) *They do not do an intake/waiver form like other fancier places do. If that's something that will bother you, I think that's a good thing to inform as well. They have an eastern medicine approach (not bothersome to me but maybe to others)

It is not a Burke's, woodhouse Day Spa or a hotel Spa. I've been there and prefer this place if you want a very good deep tissue massage. The room is not fancy, but it is clean and all the rooms have doors. I had Tina today and she did such a good job. I regularly get massages once a month. I am sad I don't live close by. She knew that my shoulders were knotted and spent a lot of time getting all the knots out. She knows her anatomy and often checked in to see if I was doing okay. She offered some herbal Chinese medicine, I think it is similar to biofreeze. I took the chance and glad I tried it. I feel like a new person.
