In my 2nd to last session I complained of some stomach pain so the owner said we should do a Moxa treatment on me. I agreed. Moxa is a tiny bundled of herbs that she puts in your belly Botton and covers with a sticker. After my session she charged me $95 dollars for this. $95 dollars. I got home and scoured the internet for any moxa that costs $95 for ONE. The very most expensive Moxa is $20 for an ENTIRE BAG. I was furious. Today after my final treatment today I asked her if by chance she had overcharged me? Did she mean to charge me $95 dollars? She said that was the correct price. I told her this was a massive and bold price gouge. She gave me a the BS reply that the herbs in Moxa were like wine. Some more expensive than others. Lady, that is a blatant lie. Before I asked you I had researched the exact herbs, and the prices from Mountain Rose Herbs (the most trusted and high end distributer of herbs out there). I can buy a literal pound of each herb in moxa and check out for under $60. I gave her a chance to make it right. When I told her I would not be back because of this, she gave me an arrogant and guilty look and just walked away. Shame on you.
