Saw this place when dropping someone off at Methodist so I decided to swing back by and check it out. I did the regular cupbob with pork and beef and they said it included two proteins, rice, noodles and cabbage. They also said since it was my first time I got extra mandoo potstickers. Sounds good to me let's do it. Well the flavors were fantastic but I got literally a pinch of cabbage (it was sad) and I got one mandoo (turns out that's extra the one my misunderstanding). The place was a little dirty but the worker came and cleaned it mid meal. The people were super nice. The owner/manager not sure what he was told me to let them know cabbage heavy if I want more or minus a filler whatever I want they will do for me next time. I will be back for sure especially with it being right by work.

Cute little place with more seatings than we thought. Only 5 minutes from our house! There are booths inside & outdoor tables + benches. Staff are really friendly. We got the family meal, 4 bowls for around $46, not bad. Pretty good portion, just enough for 1 meal when you're hungry, generous amount of meats. We tried beef, tangerine chicken, katsu, spicy pork, all tasty. The spice level is NOT like Indian-food spicy level, not even close. Level 6 medium is pretty mild to me. Level 7.5 is more my kind of medium. If you don't care for sauce, ask them for light sauce, as they do drench the food with sauce. Will definitely go again!

The customer service was great! I was welcomed as I walked in. A worker took their time and showed me how it all worked. He gave suggestions and followed up with me after my ordering. A great change of pace. I got the bowl with beef and katsu chicken. They came with my favorite sweet potato noodle ,rice and cabbage. They also topped it with sauces. I shook the bowl and went to town!! I got an order on the side of wings with Seoul sauce to were ok. I will definitely be back. I want to try a lot more different options.

Went in to check out their spin on Korean fried chicken. First they ask you if it is your first visit and if you answer affirmatively they say something as a group pretty loudly that's a little off putting for an introvert like me but I know it's well meaning. Moving on to the food I ordeered mandu, chicken wings, and a kids cup. The mandu was great but a little sauce cup on the side would have been a much welcomed addition. The chicken wings were big and juicy and flavorful. The kids cup came with everything they said it did plus (bean sprouts which weren't mentioned and I hate) so I think it threw me off a bit. The flavor of the bowl would have been great otherwise but it's just not really my taste-- I'd say everything is worth a try at least once.

Very good. Wonderful flavors. Great service. My only criticism is that they should tell people that they drizzle mayo on top of their bowls. That was never brought up in all of the explaining they did to tell me about the food as a first timer. That was a little off-putting to see that on my meal when I'm not a fan of mayo.

The food tasted great. I saw this place online a while ago but was disappointed because there wasn't near by. Finally they open one near us and sadly I'm a little disappointed. Again, the food was great but the portions were lacking. We have gone here twice and each time I got the bulgogi and I've only gotten like 2 pieces of meat. The bowls are quite big but never seem to be filled up. The location is pretty small, a few seats on either side. Service is decent people were generally nice, I almost walked out with a few times missing but my wife's voice in my heard saying to check the bag. Missing a drink and a kids meal. The young lady who helped me kinda of dismissed me when I said something was missing "oh there wasn't another drink" I literally spoke with her a few seconds before:

Decided to give the new cupbop a try. It was busy when we arrived but the line moved fast. Friendly staff, the place was clean and organized. We tried a variety of offerings from the Korean bbq beef, Korean wings and chicken and tofu bowl. All cooked fresh. Tasty food, really everything was excellent. Prices were reasonable as well. Nice find.

The place is always full when we're there, but I haven't encountered a wait for seating yet. The interior is a little more casual than other kbbq places I've been to which makes it good for a less formal meal. The grills can be a little slow, but our servers were attentive and changed out the grill plates often to help with optimal cooking. The buffet offers a good selection of bonchon dishes and some preprepared meat options. Although the preprepared meats are good, they aren't as fresh so I'd highly recommend ordering from the grill menu to get the best quality meats!

I was already there for an hour waiting. So I got screwed over on the experience. Please do better

My family and I are Indian, so we tend to gravitate toward bolder flavors, and the spicy original has a nice level of heat without overpowering everything else. We also regularly order the soy garlic, which is great for anyone who prefers something milder. It's an easy place to order from when everyone wants something a little different. Service has always been awesome, friendly, efficient, and never rushed. When we do dine in, the place has a relaxed, clean, and welcoming vibe that works just as well for families as it does for a casual meal out. What stands out most is the consistency. The chicken is always cooked well, the flavors are reliable, and the experience is straightforward and smooth. It's become one of our regular spots, and we're already planning our next visit. I loved the fact that they brought a liter of cold water to the table. We ordered spicy chicken - of course! We had the Spicy Galbi and the Caribbean Spice (like jerk) - both 9 pieces. The orders came with refreshing little daikon pickles. It was a great deal of crunchy delicious juicy and messy Chicken! We had an interesting appetizer. So Ddeok So Ddeok, a sausage skewer. They bring over some rice to enjoy with the meat with the regular choice. The menu and options are a bit confusing and took some time to understand. That said, once we were seated, the experience completely turned around. Our waiter provided some of the best service I've had in a long time--attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We waited quite a while to be seated even though there were plenty of employees around. It honestly felt like we were invisible. After finally being seated, we waited an unusually long time just to receive water. We also made it clear to both the hostess and our waiter that this was our first time at a Korean BBQ restaurant and that we had no idea how anything worked. We expected at least a brief explanation or some guidance on how to cook the meat, what sauces or seasonings to use, or recommendations for beginners. Instead, we were left to figure everything out ourselves. As a result, the food ended up tasting bland and unappetizing because we simply didn't know what we were doing. To make matters worse, no one informed us until the very end of the meal that there would be an additional charge for uncooked meat left on the table. Had we been told this upfront, we would have ordered differently or made sure to finish everything we had. Waiting until the end to mention this felt unfair. Overall, the lack of customer service and communication made what should have been a fun first Korean BBQ experience into a frustrating one. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
