The crew was highly professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in their work. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the quality of the materials used -- everything was done properly, with care and precision. Communication throughout the process was smooth and transparent, and the team managed the project in a very responsible and organised way. They also kept the site clean at all times, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very reliable and professional service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

However they have now been bought out by Ned Stevens and the service is very poor - they just showed up one day without letting me know they were coming, and they just tossed the debris onto the ground into our gardens, and were running around with the leaf blower disturbing the garden when I arrived home. Would not recommend.

I had Ray come out and do a cleaning and assessment as well as a repair to my home. He charged $300 for the assessment and $500 for a repair. Both of these seemed fine to me. However, we conducted work in early November, and we not once talked about timing or leaves coming down from the trees. Now, a 4 weeks later, my gutters are full of leaves again. Being a first time homeowner, I didn't think to ask but assumed that I was in good hands. I called back to ask about this today, and Dominic (a nice enough guy) mentioned that the team is supposed to have a discussion with clients about when is the right time to do this repair work, as well as the fact that they typically do a discounted revisit in circumstances like this. He mentioned he would check with Ray, the owner, and get back with a resolution. 30m later, he called with news that they would be willing to come back for the full price of a cleaning and there wasn't anything he would do to make this right. So, neither of the things promised happened. I was left with feeling like I was cheated out of some money because he saw an opportunity during his low season, and even though it would have made sense to do the work later, he saw a chance to make some quick money now and leave me with the bag. Disappointing and I'll be going somewhere else. Would advise others to be careful of Ray and his team. Beware.

If I am working with a contractor on something as important as a roof, I would expect that the…read morecompany care about the results and, if there are issues with their product later on, they would respond and care even more. Antonio felt as if he could bully, intimidate me into removing a negative review because I felt that he wasn't providing adequate service. I can attest to the fact that Antonio is NOT customer service oriented and should never interact with customers because his doing so will definitely hurt a company that really has good values, reputation and that is growing financially. As a result of Antonio's antics, I ended up writing negative reviews and even contacting the BBB to file a complaint. I thought that Antonio was the only person who could address the problem but was I so wrong. Robert contacted me on Friday, September 1, and I could tell that he was very concerned about what was happening with my roof and ceilings. He showed up on Saturday morning, with his crew, and he actually walked through my kitchen, upstairs bedroom and the attic space, reviewed the video and the photo's that were taken, and even did the water hose test. Very thorough because he actually cared and wanted to find out what the problem was. He listened to me, and for that alone, I was appreciative. He wasn't condescending, he was patient, kind and caring and thorough. He didn't treat me like I was an idiot simply because I was not a roofer. I even had to leave for a scheduled meeting and I was absolutely comfortable leaving him and his crew at my home with my kids, and of course my neighbor. He followed up, told me the next steps, scheduled the time and they showed up. No changes, now showing up when they wanted to, and a very detailed, step by step project. On Tuesday, two of his contractors showed up, and from the moment they met me, he knew my name and they were so polite, and clean, they knew their stuff. I didn't expect all that was done but after they cut through the roof, he showed me the water stains on the wood but everything was dry, then they replaced the ceiling in the kitchen and painted my entire ceiling. In addition, they went to my son's room and replaced the rotted wood wall panel that was molded, and painted it too! This was way more than I expected. Those two guys worked hard, and until they were finished. I tried to buy them lunch but they were so humble. We are praying that the leaks are all fixed (none so far) and, if anything does happen again, I know that I can reach our to Robert and He will be there! I will always contact Robert for any issues, new jobs or projects that I may have, even for my company as I am a property manager and will float their company around my company. Northland, please take this advice, Robert should be the face of the company. His customer service is outstanding and soothing. Our interaction on the phone and in person was so easy and pleasant that I almost forgot about the issues I had with Antonio. I can move on now, and trust Northland because of Robert and his crew. From me (Angel) and my kids, Alvin, Anika and Amora, You're the BEST, Robert! Thank you soooooo verrrrry muuuuch!
