He said it was still early in the day take it home and let it sit and then try starting it. He checked cables, etc. if it had a strained start bring it back and he'd take care of it. 3 hours later the car barely turned over and I got it to Auto Zone. He made good with his promise and replaced the battery. Johnathon was helpful, pleasant and felt my concerns about having a car not start and be stranded. Highly recommend this place and Johnaton, so ask for him!

Someone called the store phone, he picked it up, and instead of him putting it on hold, he helped them while I stood right in front of him. After he looked up their information, he asked me for my information... again. Again, very nice, but, I am always going to say to put the customer in front of you first.

I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

Finding a new mechanic can be tricky and frustrating however they made the process so easy. I requested a diagnostic and of course my engine light was no longer on. He spent over an hour trying to find the problem and said he was available if it came up again. Sure enough it did the next day and he grabbed the part and fixed the issue. This is the first time I felt I got a great price, service and communication from a mechanic without feeling like I got duped once they left. I hope they know they are my go to service now. I highly recommend.
