They were out today for an issue with my A/C that had gone down last night. I called this morning around 8:00 and they were here by 9:00 to fix the problem. They are always timely, tell me what is the matter, help me to do the right things to keep the unit running. John and Jacob are always friendly and efficient. I enjoy the interactions with Sarina in the office. She's quick to get the connections to John and Jacob on the road. I highly recommend them.

They first came out and inspected my current air conditioner and found it had multiple problems. After much deliberation, sense new units are expensive. I decided to get a new one. I was given quotes for repairing my old unit and a quote that I asked for for a new unit. There was no sales pressure. They do not work off of commission. The gentleman owns his own business. They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! All three of them were courteous and, without being asked, applied shoe coverings every time they entered the house. They cleaned up after themselves. Gary kept me apprised of their progress. They began working at approximately 9:15 am and did not leave my house until 6:15 pm. They came out quickly but then the guy said he didn't clean the drain cause he knew by the air pressure that the coil was bad. Gave us a quote for the coil of nearly $4K and said we might wanna consider a new unit, given the age of our unit. That estimate was $9K. We had another company come out and they cleaned the drain, said the coil was fine and that was it! Glad I followed my instincts! Beware and get a second opinion before succumbing to this companies tricks.

Priority Cool responded with an eta of 1 pm. On the mark, Raydel showed up. Very pleasant young man. Clean and professional in appearance. My AC problem was a coil condenser fan motor I believe. It was 87 inside the house, thank the Lord for frozen peas. Felt great on my head. Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck.
