He wanted to make sure that our family was 'in good hands' when we arrived at our new home. He called a number of them and recommended that we give Dr. Bill a try. I am so glad he did. Dr. Bill has been treating us faithfully for the last 15 years. He is well-skilled in chiropractic care, and has relieved aches and pains too numerous to mention. He always takes the time to chat you up, and takes a personal interest in your total wellbeing. He has convenient office hours, and is always accommodating. He is friendly and knows treatment options like the proverbial 'BACK of his hand'. There was a time a number of years ago when I was suffering way after office hours were over, and he told me to come out to his home where he had an adjusting table. He was so gracious. I have only the highest praise for Dr. Bill and his front office helper.

I have had several interactions with Innovative Aesthetics over the last few years and not once…read morehave I ever had a bad experience. My time with Innovative started back in 2017 when I started the Ideal Protein program. I was teamed up with a kind, caring and knowledgeable consultant that guided me through 85 pounds of weight loss. I will forever be grateful for the day that I decided to attend a weigh loss information meeting as it has truly changed my life forever. (Stephanie K and Stephanie F I'm sending you both a big ol' shout out!) I did return 2 years later to lose a few pesky pounds that found their way back to me, and I was welcomed with open, non-judgmental arms. You will be hard pressed to find anyone on this team that lacks compassion, is negative, or is unwilling to listen to everything you have to say. If you are ready for a change... Take the leap! In 2019 I decided to step into the spa side of Innovative and start my tattoo removal process. I was nervous, worried about budget, and had quite a few questions. My consultation was WONDERFUL. I was given plenty of time, shown pictures of before/afters, discussed price in detail and I was given and honest estimate of the the outcome. I was not forced into purchasing any additional products or services, I was not promised ANYTHING (I have a firm believer in honesty being the best policy) and when I said that I wanted to wait to book my first appointment until I talked things over with my best friend, I was encouraged rather than judged. I am currently done with my second session and the results are proving that I made the right decision. (Madelyn is absolutely fantastic and so much fun to talk with during your appointment!) Innovative Aesthetics is a clean, quiet, professional establishment that works hard to ensure that everyone gets the best possible treatment. If you have a question, give them a call! You will never regret pampering yourself a little now and again!!

When I came to Kepros, I was in so much pain. Ted Kepros designed a program for me that has reduced my pain dramatically and allowed me to do things I love again, like yoga! Meanwhile, Jesse Otter provides the BEST myofascial release of anyone I have ever seen! So gentle -- no horrific bruising or soreness. I would go in for maintenance MFR so much more often if I weren't so booked & busy right now; it is incredible. I don't have enough good things to say about both of my therapists, Brad and Annette. Both are experts in their field, and at each and every appointment, they have not only taken good care of my knees, but they also treat the rest of my legs, feet, etc to make sure that everything is being attended to that has been effected by my surgery. I love that Kepros believes in alternative healing practices such as Gua Sha (Gua means to scrape or scratch. Sha means sand, because the sha rash that comes up is like a sand-like texture right on the skin. Gua Sha is a Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing). From overcompensating in my walking on bone on bone in both my knees for the last two years, I have many places in my muscles and tendons that are a mess. The Gua Sha technique has really helped to start healing this injuries. Both Brad and Annette work together on my healing plan to make sure that every session we are maximizing my healing. I feel lucky to be under their care. I hope if you are in need of a physical therapy, you are lucky enough to work with Brad or Annette. Good luck!!
