He wanted to make sure that our family was 'in good hands' when we arrived at our new home. He called a number of them and recommended that we give Dr. Bill a try. I am so glad he did. Dr. Bill has been treating us faithfully for the last 15 years. He is well-skilled in chiropractic care, and has relieved aches and pains too numerous to mention. He always takes the time to chat you up, and takes a personal interest in your total wellbeing. He has convenient office hours, and is always accommodating. He is friendly and knows treatment options like the proverbial 'BACK of his hand'. There was a time a number of years ago when I was suffering way after office hours were over, and he told me to come out to his home where he had an adjusting table. He was so gracious. I have only the highest praise for Dr. Bill and his front office helper.

After receiving a voicemail from the therapist expressing frustration about missed appointments, I called to confirm my upcoming session and to clarify the concern. Instead of a constructive conversation, I was hung up on by the receptionist. Shortly after, I received a text message stating that my appointment had been canceled. I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient for service providers, but clients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A simple conversation would have gone a long way. I hope this business reconsiders how it communicates with clients in the future. I would give zero stars if I could.

Yes, it is convenient that you don't need an appointment to see Dr. Novak, however, it is more convenient for her not to set up appointments with her patients because she is hardly ever at her office. Dr. Novak has 101 excuses why she couldn't be in her office today and that made me mad because I paid by the month of ulimited adjustments! She had no back up chiropractor in her practice. Dr. Novak only takes Medicaid and Medicare for health insurance, she does not except no other health insurance providers, so you will have to pay out of pocket! It got too stressful, so I took my business elsewhere!
