I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient for service providers, but clients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A simple conversation would have gone a long way. Dr. Novak only takes Medicaid and Medicare for health insurance, she does not except no other health insurance providers, so you will have to pay out of pocket!
