We stopped in last week to get an estimate for repairing our vehicle after we rear-ended another…read morecar, causing a few thousand dollars damage to the other car and resulting in bumper scratches and apparent asymmetry around the headlight on ours. Manager Danny evaluated our car and noted the scratches were minor, but would be expensive to repair and, just using his fist on the plastic part of the bumper, completely fixed the asymmetry around the headlight - after that, even a with a close look at the front end, the damage was virtually invisible. He also carefully inspected under the hood and front end with a flashlight and said he could not see any evidence of structural damage - bottom line: due to the damage to the other car, we were expecting and ready for a big bill to fix ours - Danny not only fixed the most visible result of the accident for no charge, he talked us out of doing more repairs and saved us a bundle. That is integrity! If we ever have another need (hopefully not), this will be our "go to" shop and we'll ask for Danny!

Jennifer and Kelsey (sorry if I misheard your names) were beyond amazing. My car is my baby so I was pretty upset when I brought her in. I also have had awful experience with crash repairs and the whole process. They called my rental for me so I didn't have to worry about it. Went over all the damage I had, answered all my questions and were just genuine human beings. Soooo nice. They got started on my car right away and Duran called to tell me what he found, the eta and some of the extra stuff. I had some aftermarket things they had to find to replace. He answered my questions and explained so much and said he would call every Tuesday & Thursday with updates. He definitely didn't seem to be penny pinching on my parts either. OEM which is what you deserve! I kid you not he did what he said. Called EVERY Tuesday and Thursday. The last time we talked he said your car will be done probably Monday and they will call you. Yep that's exactly what happened!!! I have some special decals on the back of my car, one isn't made anymore. Duran was able to get them off and put them on my new liftgate!!!!! There are a few extras that haven't come in yet but my car is functional without them so I'm glad he let me bring her home! When I went to pick her up, they went over everything again! And even called the rental place for me... again!!!! Seamless and an incredibly easy process!! The communication alone makes me want to come back here for personal repairs!!! She looks good!! Start to finish, my experience here was punctual, honest, and thoroughly professional all around. Kara at the front desk was sweet as can be, and made me feel so taken care of. David (the primary auto body tech working on my XTerra) did some seriously great work on a seriously messed up front bumper. When they found additional damage beyond what was originally estimated, they worked with me to keep the price reasonable, and I have experienced many other shops that aren't nearly so cooperative. My car looks and drives like it has less miles on it than when I brought it in! If I could give these guys 25 stars, I would, and if anything were to ever happen to my car again, I'm 100% taking it to Valet Auto Body!

The silver metallic paint on my 2016 Mustang is not easily matched. They did a superb job painting all panels (both fenders,new bumper and hood) The shine and sheen are correct. 2. The wheel was refreshed by a guy they had come in, and he got it wrong both times. Johnathan was so good in getting a brand new wheel quickly. 3. I was dealing with a third part who was paying out of pocket to repair my car and the Valet team did an amazing job on dealing with the paperwork! 4. They did a super job detailing the vehicle before I got it back. The not so good. 1.The headlights were both replaced and they failed to adjust them. When I drove home they were pointing in completely different directions and not even close to correctly. 2. The bumper assembly was replaced and they didn't detail before painting. There are literally tabs and rough mold markings on the ends that should have been ground before painting. Small detail to some people but noticed by me. 3. Overspray on the windshield and gasket...should have been caught while detailing Overall as I said a 4.5. If heaven forbid I ever need another body shop, Valet will be my choice!

The work was finished and everything looked really great and I have not had any problems since. I am only giving them four stars because we were told the car would be finished by Wednesday at the latest, but it wasn't finished until Friday evening. This wouldn't be a big deal, but no one from the shop bothered to call and give an update, and let me know it would take longer, so on Thursday I called and had to ask. The location is very convenient and there is a enterprise rental right next door. They also have snacks and drinks available for free while you wait.

I have since gone somewhere else due to their scheduling, but they have kept $1800 of my money. The ONLY service they performed was replacing the windshield which was quoted at the time of around $1200, they adjusted pricing from $1200 to over $3000 for a windshield just to keep my deposit. Watch them very closely they are crooks. Doubling the pricing of a service/part just to keep the customers money is so crooked. Do yourself a favor and do not let them work on your vehicle take it to somewhere that will be honest so you know exactly what type of work is being done to your vehicle. Don't let liars and thief's work on you beautiful cars. I guess when you steal peoples money you can stay in business when doing so..... DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESS THAT RAISE PRICES TO STEAL.
