Even though I already knew what I wanted- I was very curious about some other flavors I had never heard of before. The very friendly counter girls had no problem answering all my questions and giving me samples to satisfy my curiosity. After ordering two scoops of Chunky Monkey with hot fudge on top, I sat at one their cute tables and indulged in this heavenly dessert. To which she just stared at me. I then asked, "do you want us to leave?" To which she just stared at me again. She's easily my age (17) or older so I don't understand why she couldn't use her words. We ended up just walking out because it was very awkward and she clearly didn't want us in there. After paying we tried to sit down but the two girls were already staking chairs for closure. We found a dirty table with four chairs and began eating. Next they started spraying cleaner all along the baseboard of the window. The smell of the cleaning detergent was overpowering and another family got up and left. The workers then announced from behind the register that they were closing in ten minutes. They proceeded to close down all the toppings but the smell was so bad we went outside to finishing eat our desserts. Why don't they close at the posted 8:30 time and then clean and close up the shop? It was so cold outside and not enjoyable to eat with the chemical smells in the shop. Such a disappointment.
