This is an easy one to review! Culver's has great burgers, great onion rings, great daily custard flavors, and great deals for kids meals. Their staff can't be beat - they are super friendly unhelpful. The inside of their restaurants are always clean and condiments are always well stocked. I love stopping by here for a butter burger, fries, a diet Culver's, root beer, and a dish of custard. For fast food, this is one of the best places around. Def recommend! read more

Excellent customer service. Was helped by the assistant manager who was very considerate and made sure I got everything I needed. Place was clean and and tidy. Nice atmosphere. Onion rings are definitely a recommended side, very favorable and seasoned. Also the root beer float was very delicious, great pop and ice cream ratio, melts in your mouth. First time I've been inside a Culver's. This one was very clean and well run. Good burger and custard.

I've probably been here about 100 times over the years... and the employees are always friendly. I've only had two disappointments in these estimated 100 visits. Honestly, nothing that would keep me from coming back, just maybe start checking my order before driving off. Both of the issue visits have been shortly after open, not at a busy time; I'm the only car in the drive thru...so I'm not sure where the disconnect happens? Today I was kept waiting maybe 10 minutes or so before she came to the window for my payment. Honestly didn't bother me, I wasn't in a rush. When she took my card she said they were having problems with the custard machine so to pull to the side. I maybe waited another 5 - 10 minutes for my order. Again, no issue. I set aside the burger and just ate it now... mannn. You forgot the cheese on the cheeseburger? Again, not the end of the world but.....how...when I sad the word "cheese"? However when I go again I'll make sure to confirm the order at the window. I understand mistakes happen and there is no issue 98% of the time o it's not as if this is a habitual problem. Ugh, I don't like this place. Slow. Overpriced. I went tonight and the only indication that their dining room is closed is that the door is locked. So I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich basket. I received a Post-it with a number. I had to guess what to do next, and apparently I guessed wrong because parking in the parking lot with the Post-it visible did not result in a Culver's person bringing me my $9.33 chicken sandwich basket. I had to just go to the drive-thru line again twenty minutes later. This food is neither worth the wait or the money. Don't go to this Culver's. Do something else instead. They won't mind. read more

Food is good and my rating would be higher if they had implemented a better mobile pickup service. I like to order online for my lunch break so I can go in, grab my food, and go. But here there is no explicit mobile order pick up zone so the workers don't realize you're waiting for the mobile order so you're forced to wait in the normal order line which defeats the purpose of online ordering. Is it just me, or is Culvers the fast food version of Spirit airlines... nickel-and-dime you for everything. Stopped in today for a burger, fries, and a concrete mixer. $10. The burger was as flat as a pancake even with the bun, and there was absolutely nothing on it - NOTHING! Fries were good, and the concrete mixer was great, but $10 for this measly burger. C'mon! I have only ever had the best experience at this location! I see reviews are complaining about the wait. I've worked in fast food before, it gets busy quickly! You really can't complain since you are paying so little and you made the decision to go here instead of staying home. Just saying! This place has really gone down hill. The food is typically decent if you can get the right order. I bring my kids here and it is pretty consistent that they get one of the three orders wrong. My mother had a terrible time at this location. She placed her order at 7:45pm and did not receive her food until almost 8:20. On top of all of that the food she orders was not in the bag, the mixers were completely melted and her burger was raw. We than went back to the store and the shift manager Rochelle than told me he wouldn't refund her whole order until my mother said she was going to call the owner in the morning. The employees need to be trained or be left to from that store. It is sad when the drive thru is rapped around the building and are double parked waiting for food and yet again everyone is screwing around. The workers here were so great! They were young, but absolutely knew good customer service and were so helpful! The boy at the service window was very sweet, we had another great young man come out and help us (offered to get us something as we waited, as one sandwich was dropped and being remade), and the girl who brought us our food was also very nice :) read more

Worst service ever, every time I come to this culvers there is always something wrong with my food. Missing fries, unnecessary extra cost, no bacon on my burger even though I paid an extra 50 cents for it! My burgers end up all squished and look like crap. My significant other and I frequent this Culver's location in search of decadent creamy custard, usually in the form of concrete mixers and have done-so since its opening. Initially, our experiences with both the staff and the custard were exemplary. However, we have become increasingly disappointed with our experiences here. As of these last few months, the closing shifts have yielded sub-par results in the form of "grainy" custard, disinterested employees, unmixed concrete mixers, and early closing with no explanation. We are sad to have to bring our business elsewhere but we cannot continue to endure such trauma. The only redeeming quality that has remained since the beginning, is the excellent, attentive service that one of the employees-Daniel- always provides. He is a light on a dark day and deserves to be celebrated. read more
