Wrong... food did not make it out until 5:20.. ice cream melted. Food cold.. when the worker brought the food they rudely said "you parked in the wrong spot". Mind you there are only two spots for the online order and they were full, when that was pointed out the response was "guess you shoulda called the store". I love Culver's. I've eaten in dozens of Culver's in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin. So, I was excited to find a Culver's when driving across Missouri. First the good news, my butter burger and crinkle fries were delicious - exactly what I expected. That said - the restaurant wasn't exactly dirty but I had trouble finding a clean table to eat at (approximately 7:15p). There were a lot of employees behind the counter but no one wiping tables. Both the men's and women's restrooms were dirty and verged on disgusting. In addition, the men's rooms was totally out of paper towels. I reported the dirty restrooms to an employee at the counter. He apologized and said he'd get some right on it. The young guy who brought our food out NEVER SAID A WORD. He dropped the tray on the table and walked away. A different guy brought the food out to the next table and he was very personable and asked the customers if everything looked good. Finally. My wife's burger was only warm, not hot. I don't think this will be a place i visit on my next trip across I-70. read more

I love Culver's. But, not this location! Spent 40 minutes in the drive-through waiting for a cheeseburger and french fries. After seeing several cars behind me getting their food I decided to bail out of the line and pull in a parking spot. I brought my number inside, and my sack was sitting there with five or six other sacks waiting to be delivered. The food was just coming out so slow. The drive-thru order was incorrect although the pink receipt stated the actual order. No cheese was indicated. The grilled chicken sandwich appeared half eaten. The order was returned for a refund. The manager and the associate brushed it without an apology or an offer to correct it - RUDENESS. The indifference at this location has caused me to scratch Culver's off list. Yes, cooking at home takes a minute but half eaten food is foul and unhealthy. An unannounced inspection would be great but it wouldn't change the behavior of the workers. read more

When Culver's 1st came to Wentzville I was intrigued. My husband & I tried it & really liked it. I saw it as something in between a sit down/fast food restaurant. I went there today. What a disappointment. The choices have dwindled to where I can't get what I used to like to get. My husband was equally disappointed. His burger was dry. The bun was dry. Love love love Culver's!! Best burgers and omg the cheese fries! Lots of places have good burgers, but no matter which location I go to I've never been disappointed by Culver's burgers. And like I said above the cheese sauce is just plain AMAZING! Not the runny fake yellow "cheese" you get everywhere else. Fries are regular crinkle cut but have always been hot. I will say this location gives less cheese than others (about half of the cup) but it was still plenty for the fries. read more

I paid finally. I pulled forward. Waited quite awhile. Someone came out with a large bag, asked if I got a cod plate and kids meal. I said no. Waited quite a long time again. Wow, completely rude, going through the drive thru. They gave us a one scoop instead of a 2 scoop, and refused to give us what we ordered. My mixer was all liquid. The girl at the window was awful. She was like, "cash out, yet?" We said yes, and without another word, she slams the window. Very dismissive. Definitely not worth it. We have never had a bad experience at this location. Tonight was probably the best one yet. Sophia's attitude really brightened our day as we were in the drive through and put a huge smile on our face. It makes me happy to know that people are still able to talk and be open with others. My husband and I had lunch here yesterday, and were very pleasantly surprised. Culver's has always been our favorite fast food indulgence, but yesterday we dined in and noticed something different. Every single employee we encountered provided good customer service, which seems to be rare these days. From the man who took our order at the counter, to the people bringing food out or cleaning tables. Everyone was being kind and engaging with customers. There was a young woman who walked through the dining area asking each table how their meal was, and seemed to genuinely care. The whole experience made us feel like the workers wanted to be there and wanted their customers to be there, which is a stark contrast from many experiences we've had lately. Did not change menu after taking the Buffalo chicken strips off misleading customers as well as their online menu. Very discouraging that a business can't even keep up with their menu. AWFUL service - Oct. 12 at 4pm. There was no line at the drive thru or inside, but we were standing around waiting for minutes while employees all huddled around the manager to talk about the schedule. One girl finally came to help us, but she said she didn't know how to use the store specific coupon and walked off. We waited at least five minutes more while watching employees argue in the front of the store around the schedule before the manager (strawberry blonde hair with helix piercings) yelled that the employees were pussies in front of the whole store. The original girl who didn't know how to use the coupon came back eventually and tried to swipe this paper coupon with no barcode in the credit card slot before another employee finally came over. Then they let me order my single order with a buy one get one coupon and told me that I owed money before even taking the second order from my husband who was standing right next to me. Well I come here just for the frozen custard. It's the best. The person at the drive thru was a complete jerk. I ordered a chocolate concrete with caramel and cookie dough. I always get this. She said, it can't be mixed in, only on top. That makes no sense. I didn't order a sundae. So she finally put it in right. But she gave me a vanilla in a concrete cup with oreo on top. Just had the worst experience I've ever had at the drive-thru. The lady handing out the food to the cars, Patricia, threw a bag of food (the wrong food) at me and started to walk away. I could see the 2 kids meals I ordered in her other hand, or her armpit rather (where she was carrying all the bags of food... ew). When I told her this as she was walking away, she came back and she told me I was wrong and to shut up. She then snatched the bag of food that she had thrown at me out of my hands and she dropped that bag on the ground. After the bag of food had been thrown at me and then dropped on the ground, she proceeded to go bring it to another car and walked inside. And what do you know! Another worker came out and told me I was right all along! I will never be returning to the Wentzville Culver's and I advise everyone else to stay away from Wentzville Culver's and their drive-thru armpit food. read more

This is very hard for me to give one star but it's the only option I have. My family and I went through Culver's drive thru on a Friday evening. The employee standing outside took our order over a walkie talkie. It was difficult to relay orders back and forth between both parties. After paying for our meals we waited 45 minutes to finally received it. Drive thru was backed up with at least 9 cars waiting for their orders. Infact they closed the drive thru because of the back up. After waiting one of my grandsons had only a half of a patty in his hamburger bun. The other grandson had ketchup when we said no ketchup due to allergy's. My hamburger was very dry and hard. We told the employee about our order and she went to replace our burgers but forgot about us at that time so we sat another 10 minutes waiting for her. So out of frustration I had my grandsons and I put all of our cold food in the bag so we can get our money back. I walked in and talked to the manager and she stated before I give you your money back I need to see what your family has eaten and she began counting and sorting out our food. I told her it's not all there because we haven't received atleaset 3 burgers. She was very dismissive and told me how busy they were but I let her know we were waiting almost an hour and still waiting. She finally agreed to give me back my money with an attitude. I honestly believe she forgot about us waiting in drive thru. I asked to see if I could get the owners phone number and she just gave me her email and said we are so busy that the owner is in the back cooking. So disappointed. read more

Culver's was always our favorite food. Also, when going through the drive through the cashier always had a mask on as well as the person who brought the food to the car. Today we were shocked that a person taking orders outside in the drive through lane, the cashier and the person who brought out our food were all not wearing masks!! This is so not safe for anyone.
