We both got the Spot Dog, which has a bacon-wrapped beef hotdog topped with tomato, onion, jalapeños, mustard, ketchup, and spicy mayo. The bun was toasted and held everything together well with no mess. The hot dog itself was good, and the bacon was a nice touch, but honestly, everything combined was a bit overwhelming. I couldn't really tell what I was tasting, and it tasted more like just a regular hotdog despite everything on it. The staff at the register was friendly and had our order ready on arrival. The environment was very clean with plenty of seating and felt family-friendly. I do find $5.75 for a hot dog to be a good price, especially with the bacon-wrapping and packaging quality. I would go back to try another hot dog to compare.

The Steakhouse Burger is hands-down one of the best I've had -- juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The fries were cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive when dipped in their house ranch. That ranch is next-level -- tantalizingly delicious and packed with flavor! I also loved having the seasonal Mango Cart beer on tap. It was refreshing, crisp, and the perfect complement to the meal. 20+ year customer ignored in a near-empty restaurant…read more I have been a loyal fan of Red Robin for over twenty years, but my experience at the Spring Hill location this past Saturday afternoon was beyond disappointing. Despite the restaurant being slow, I was treated with complete indifference. I arrived early in the afternoon to place a simple to-go order. A young lady told me she'd be with me in a moment and went to the back. A male employee then walked in, made eye contact with me, and immediately walked to the other side of the restaurant. When the first employee returned and asked him to take my order, he told her he'd "be with me in a minute" because he needed to set up tables--keep in mind, there was no one else waiting. I stood there for several minutes watching him slowly meander around and adjust tables while I was completely ignored. A third employee eventually walked by and gave me the same "be with you in a minute" line. I have never felt more disrespected while trying to patronize a business. I ended up walking out without ordering. I'm not sure if the staff had an issue with the shirt I was wearing or if this is just a total failure of management and basic hospitality, but I won't be back to this location.
