Service was excellent, and the space had a great atmosphere. The indoor seating looked comfy, but we decided to eat outside this time around and really enjoyed it. Even though they're next to a big parking lot, there's landscaping that helps the patio feel more comfortable and enclosed. Everything was also very clean and tidy, and I appreciated that the outdoor chairs were easy to move while still being sturdy and wide enough to sit in comfortably (for reference: I sat in the black metal chairs and I'm plus size, specifically a women's 2X in most brands). In the future I'd love to come back and try one of their ice cream flights with some friends. Ultimately this is a great spot for a hang out with friends or family, and would be a great spot for a date too!

The shop is immaculately maintained and smells fresh the second you walk in. Every person who came through the door was greeted with a smile, which made it feel so warm and community-driven. There were tons of frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, and every machine was working perfectly (a rarity these days!). All the toppings were stocked, clean, and fresh--so many choices and everything looked delicious. As someone who is health-conscious, I really appreciated the keto option (just 10 calories per ounce!). I was able to take photos of the posted nutrition facts, which made it easy to log everything accurately and still stay on track with my fitness goals. My son had a blast building his own cup--he filled it to the brim during $6 cup day, which is such a fun and affordable treat for families. We love $6 cup day and plan around it! To top it off, the owner even stopped in and had a great conversation with us--so kind and clearly passionate about the business. Having tried all the other FroCus joints in town, I can tell you the two things that REALLY set Twisters apart from the others: the JAM-PACKED "Twisters" (similar to a DQ Blizzard), and the customer service. Cookie Dough. Birthday Cake. Pecan Pie (yup - PECAN PIE!!). I venture to guess that, by weight, 90% of each Twister is non-custard ingredients. The custard is just there to smooth it all out on the way down. And the service: every time we're there, we're greeted by a smiling, helpful, super-energetic and well-trained employee who processes everything quickly, well, and with a smile. My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench).
