I have to start by saying the Manager Brian is where the problem begins. Our son called for employment a month ago and was told he'd be first on the list for an interview. He waited a few days and called back and said he'd have an interview later in the week. Never called back. He again called a week later and again was stood up. This LAST visit, I have experienced enough incorrect orders, missing items and 3 pieces of shredded cheese on my Cod Filet Sandwich. I was talked to like if I were a child and his mannerisms on the phone were clearly sarcastic and giving off his discontent. This was after I explained to him that we were frequenters of his location. I'll be visiting other locations enjoying their properly made combos, full orders and managers who aren't childish dregs! We go to Culver's all the time and like their food...This past Wednesday we went through the drive thru to get my daughter dinner before we took her to grandmas house and she ate her food like normal... Thursday morning between 3:30 - 4am she woke up and got sick everywhere at grandmas... When we went to pick her up Thursday afternoon she said the grilled cheese didn't taste good and from there we ruled it as food poisoning... She missed 2 days of school because of it. Food is great but after going through the drive thru tonight, they completely forgot to give us a meal. Of course we didn't notice until we arrived home. Called and no answer so had to drive all the way back up to pick it up. Got nothing from them considering our inconvenience which is sad. Thanks for nothing Culver's. Awfull service! Waited in the drive up for 10 minutes to order and that was with one car in front of me. Ordered two things and was given a number and told to drive around and wait. 15 minutes later a kid comes out empty handed and ask me if I want something for waiting. I tell him no I want my money back and to speak to the manager. I parked my car and went in and the asst manager tells me my order "should be" up soon. He then said "I would like to make this right" and I reply make it right by getting your restaurant in order so customers aren't waiting outside 20 minutes for an order that never comes! He just laughed. Second time there and the inside service was just as bad. Never again. Garbage place that needs to be shut down. read more

Been eating here sence day one. Never ever have I ever had a bad meal from this place, not once. The burgers are just outstanding. The custard......amazing! Everything about this place is great for a burger shop. I even lov the fish&chips. Wich is weird cus im not rly into fish&chips.....kinda sketchy. The place can be kind of expensive at times. I am a Loyalty Rewards member which is nice, but even with the rewards program it's still kind of expensive. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I'd say the last 6 to 7 months it seems that like the customer service or the quality of presentation has gone down a little bit, and I mean a little bit. You can even say I'm nitpicking but I just wanted to be totally honest in my review, and it seems like since the original staff worked there and even the original management has left, it just doesn't seem like the same Culver's it use to be. But I still love it, and it's freaking amazing. I recommend Culver's to all my friends the cheese curds are on real freaking tits man! read more

And if you can catch an email deal, the value from a price perspective makes this a very affordable meal for families with kids too in my opinion. rootbeer was good, fries are like white castles but nothing special. I thought the burgers would be extra special with the write up of Wisconsin beef & being a butter burger but it tastes like a burger king burger and for the price burger king is cheaper. Happened to stop at Culver's in Trinity and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of the Butter Burger, best burger I have had in years, ordered French fries and a malt, WOW malt I believe is made from fresh custard..this is my new go to Burger place and can't wait to try everything on there menu.
