Went for their "Flavor of The Day," which was Orange Creamsicle.. how can you not want that? Friend and I drove to this one, I got the 1 scoop of Flavor of the Day and friend got a chocolate sundae. We were pleased with our ice cream. Tasty. Not expensive. We both will be back for the Butter Burger.. The only other Butter Burger that I'm aware of is in Milwaukee -- Solly's. Which I plan to try in a couple of months. For now, we like the ice cream. Service was very nice. Looking forward to butter burgers, next trip. read more

I've eaten here a couple of times. We've tried quite a few items on the menu now, from the various burgers, chicken tenders, chili cheese fries, onion rings, and of course the frozen custard. The burgers are very similar to steak and shake but very inconsistent on the meat. They aren't shaped patties, more like flat pieces of meat that fall apart and a double is about the size of a 1/3 pound burger if I'm being generous. I tried the sourdough melt and sent it back to have it remade since it wasn't sourdough bread. They just use white bread toasted and call it sourdough. The second time I just ate it even though it was still white bread, it wasn't worth trying again to have them realize it wasn't sourdough bread. They bring the food to your table which is a nice touch. Chili cheese fries get extremely soggy quick, but the chili has a nice flavor to it. The custard is very thick, definitely around dairy queen thickness and has a pretty decent flavor. I've tried a couple of them and they were ok, nothing special. They have walleye which I haven't tried yet but have missed it, I had it up north. Hoping it will be good, but we'll see on another trip. I don't go out of my way to go here, but it's better than having to take the kids to McDonalds. read more

i would give below one star if it were an option. This place can't get a simple order right. We ordered at drive thru window and waited about 20 minutes til we got our food. We checked our for accuracy and it was missing one item. We informed the girl who brought the order that we did not get the cheese curds. She went back inside. She came back and and asked for the receipt. She took the receipt and went back inside. Few minutes later the supervisor came to the car and asked us about problem. We explained to him as to what happened. He said we were acting all crazy. I asked who he was acting crazy. He said you all. I asked him for his name and he refused to provide it and went back to store. He came back few minutes later with cheese curds. We asked him for his name and he refused to give it again and went back to store. I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional supervisor like him. Also i noticed that few of cars were going inside after getting their food from drive-thru. Won't be going there after today. read more

Went to Culver's for the first time the other day and it is AMAZING! Anyone who has dined here knows that the food is exceptional, but it's the staff and the environment that really makes it special. The minute I walked in, the crew behind the counter welcomed my family and that was just the beginning. We told the smiling young lady taking our order, Mckenzie I think was her name, it was our first time and she helped us with recommendations, answered all of our questions, and even made some jokes with the kids. I can't remember who it was that brought our food out, but he was a very tall young man that kept coming back and asking if were doing okay or if we needed anything. Makes you really feel like home. First awful customer service I've had in 18 months of living in Tennessee. Will definitely not return. The only reason I didn't walk out was because my kids were awaiting their ice cream. Our ice cream was given to the wrong table....somehow the class acts at the other table didn't think to speak up over getting triple the amount of ice cream they ordered and the table numbers corresponding with the order isn't relevant....so when "our" ice cream arrived it was not only 3 items short but all incorrect. The inconvenience over her mistake was palpable however she said she would fix it. Well after 25 minutes I went up to the counter and had to debate with the woman at the register about how I wasn't trying to pilfer some sub par custard. No apology...so rude and aggravating. Not good enough to endure the rudeness or dirty tables. read more

So good. It's like Dairy Queen and Steak n Shake had a child. The service is excellent, timely, and very polite.

The only reason they didn't get a five star rating is because the drive thru is terrible. They make you pull forward to wait for your food which takes forever and the whole drive gets extremely crowded and I ordered a salad and even though she asked which dressing I wanted I didn't get any. Nothing like a salad without dressing. Very annoying and inconvenient. Definitely go inside and eat...it's a totally different experience and the food is good. They just need to figure out the drive thru situation. :/ read more

This place is clean, the staff is incredibly pleasant, and the food is well-made. Brought my littles here for a post-park snack and cool-down, and were greeted by two staff members before even ordering. I wasn't worried about my kids touching things because this place is obviously taken care of by the owners and staff. Such a relaxing place to sit and relax away from the heat! read more

I am sooooo happy that we got a Culver's in MJ!! I am from the Midwest and have been addicted to Culver's since roughly 2nd grade.. however when we moved to the South, I realized my closest Culver's was almost an hour away with traffic and unfortunately no butter-burger was worth that. I've been 4 times and each time have received quick, friendly service and delicious burgers! (And cheese curds, lots and lots of cheese curds.) Their concrete mixers are amaaaaaazing, specifically anything with chocolate custard. It's a bit higher priced compared to McDonalds or Burger King, but it's soooooo much better and a lotttttt more friendly! read more

Consistently good food and service. The young people working here have been very well trained, they are always friendly and helpful. In my opinion, because I've only had one bad experience here, if you are going to be opened until 10 pm make sure every hour is as important as the first. Make sure there is sweet tea up until the second you are closed. If the last hour is too much then close at nine. Make sure every customer is as important as the last, it shouldn't matter if the resturant it's crowded or not. Other than that this is our favorite burger / ice cream combo in Mount Juliet.... I've been enjoying this store for about a year and a half. My neighbor and I used to treat ourselves to Culvers about once a week. Today was our LAST VISIT. (The manager at about 2:30 pm on 8/11/18 told us "fine, don't come back".) We had not been able to go to Culver's for several months because of a broken foot. We had promised each ourselves that when she could get around on her foot, we would go to Culvers to celebrate. I had often said that I never had anything on Culver's menu that I didn't like..... Today was the exception! There was nothing served to us that was good, except the pepsi. The onion rings were nearly burned and hard as a rock, my grilled chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless, my friend's fried chicken sandwich was about half the circumference as the bun and looked over cooked and dry. We asked to see the manager and a young girl came over to the table and introduced herself. After complaining to her and talking to her for a few minutes, it was obvious that she was not a manager. I then asked is she really was the manager and she said no and I asked to have her send the manager to the table. By this time my friend refused to eat her sandwich and I suggested that she return the chicken and get a butterburger instead. When that was delivered, the one patty was so thin you could read the menu through it. A woman who said she was the manager and her snotty attitude finally showed up after an inconsiderate amount of time. There was not apology offered only "They are the same as they always have been" "That's the way they always are." And "the burger is the same size as it always has been, the meat is sent to us proportioned in 2 oz patties." (She honestly bragged about a 2 oz hamburger patty) She argued with us and finally she finally suggested that she could return our money because she was finished talking to us. I agreed that it was the least she could do. She did return about 15 - 20 minutes later with the money. read more

I've been to this restaurant a few times before the Covid disruption and was very pleased. Today, however, was not a pleasant visit. I suspect that the restaurant had to hire a mostly new staff after the limited service dhe tell the order taker what I wanted on my cheeseburger; double cheeseburger with American cheese, lettuce, pickle and onion only. It was delivered to the table wrong. It was loaded with mayonnaise I took it back to the counter and a different person could not comprehend when I told him that my order was a double cheeseburger with American cheese, pickle, lettuce, and onion only. I told him it had mayo on it He asked if I wanted a different burger. Well, yes, as a matter of fact I did! It took several attempts for him to properly relay this to the cooks in the back with me having to repeat it several times to him. In the meantime, my french fries got colder by the minute as they sat at my table. My order was finally delivered and I had eaten about half of it when I was approached by a lady who I assume was a manager. She asked what was wrong with my burger and I told her but that I now had the proper order. A few minutes later she brought back another burger. I again explained to her that I already had my order. She looked at me like I had three heads. In leaving, I went to refill my ice tea cup and the ice tea holder was empty. I stopped at the counter and told the person there that the ice tea dispenser was empty. He yelled to someone else that the "unsweetened ice tea is empty" and then turned away. I had to get his attention once again to ask him to fill it from the dispenser behind the counter so I didn't have to wait for however long it was going to take someone to refill the one in the dining area. This was not a pleasant visit and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. The franchise owner needs to spend some "hands on" time there or he is going to be losing more business. read more

First off, we truly enjoy this location for decent fast food complete with deep fired cheese curds and wonderful custard! However, my focus here will be on the most impressive feature any business should strive to wow their customers everyday & every shift. I honestly wasn't sure that I could still find it in 2018; I did! After eating a quick dinner on Sunday night, September 9th, I left my iPhone on the table and hurried out. When I stopped at my destination, I realized exactly where I left my iPhone, back at Culver's. Immediately called this store, and spoke to Rison (sp?). What a lifesaver!! Thank you, Rison! You are my hero! He said, we have your phone and ANYONE here will be able to retrieve it for you when you come to get it. It is in a safe location, no one will mess with it, and they all know where we keep valuables to retrieve it when you come back for it! Wow! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE, everyone. Best part, he was exactly correct! Within seconds after I arrived back at the store, I had my phone again. I cannot recommend this store enough. Go there, if just for the customer service!! The drive through service is pathetic. The manager on 4/12/17 @ 8:00 pm needs replacing. I placed my order, basic double cheeseburger, got a number and pulled up as requested. I counted 6 vehicles order behind me, get their food and leave. I finally got tired of waiting (20 minutes) and went inside to ask for the manager to see about my food. I was told they gave me the wrong number and had given my food to someone else and the manager wasn't told of this. No apologies were given. However, she (the manager) was the one that took my order and gave me the number. All I wanted was my food. I didn't ask for anything else and didn't expect anything else. When she tried to blame others for her mistake, I just wanted my money back. She obliged, but never once apologized. Hence, this review of her, not Culver's. read more

Horrible experience. I normally come to Culver's and have such a pleasant time. I ordered a single classic burger, when the food was brought out I was given a bacon double cheeseburger....brought it backed up and asked them to please correct it. They then brought me out the most disgusting, charred, hard and crunchy double cheeseburger. Still wrong. I asked to speak with the manager who couldn't have cared less, and was then offered to have it re made for the third time. I had lost my appetite at this point and decided to finish my drink and leave. I could understand this if it was busy and packed, but this was at 1PM on a Monday and no one was in there. Love this place! Very friendly, quick and yummy food. Fries were hot and crispy. Burger was juicy and delicious. Employees were kind and the restaurant was clean. We saw multiple employees cleaning and maintaining the dining room. The manager asked me how my meal was, I thought that was nice. I'll definitely be back! read more
