The past 2 visits here have left our family completely disappointed. First disappointment was when my family ordered food through the drive thru. We waited quite a bit in line and when we paid for our order, they had us park in front of the store and said someone would bring out our order shortly. About 5 minutes later, a worker brought out our food. About halfway home we realized they did not give us the kids meal we ordered and we had to turn back around to go get our sons dinner. I called on the way there and spoke to a worker. I mentioned we had just been through the drive thru and they did not give us our kids meal we ordered. The girl on the phone didn't even apologize or anything. All she said was, did you wanna get the kids meal next time you're in or come back for it tonight? I told her we were on our way, thinking she'd have it ready for us when we got there, and all I'd have to do is run in and grab it. So we get there and I spoke to a cashier and said we did not receive our kids meal we ordered and I was there to pick it up and they didn't even have it ready. I had to wait for them to make it. Keep in mind the rest of our food is getting cold in the car while trying to get the rest of our order they forgot to give us. Sure enough we get home and the rest of our food is cold. $40.00 spent on fast food and it wasn't even warm. Cold cheese curds are disgusting FYI. Second disappointment was this evening. Went through the drive thru to get some concrete mixers and they messed up my order. Had to go back inside and have them correct it. And lemme just say there was nothing "concrete" about our mixers. They were so melty we had to put them in the freezer before eating them. Get your act together Culver's! I like your guys food when you aren't screwing up my order or forgetting to give me part of my order. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. read more

Recently went for lunch, not our first time. The hamburger patty was paper thin, so thin the outside edges were crispy crunchy. Practically nonexistent. They need a roped off waiting line at the counter. We've seen anger issues between customers when people cut-in lines. read more

I was happiest with the way the staff handled a mistake made by a new employee. I was waiting in the drive thru lane and never got my food. So Ashley S. Came to the rescue and found Victoria to help remedy the problem. Victoria made sure I got my order while Ashley S. Stayed with me until the problem was resolved so i didn't have to worry if they forgot about me. They were both kind and apologetic and were committed to helping remedy the problem for the future. Great environment, great staff, pretty good food but a little more expensive than their competitors. I like that they hand out a coupon for free ice cream with kids meals and they somehow are the only people on the planet that have figured out that kids burgers should be plain unless condiments are requested. I'll probably go back on occasion but won't make it a staple even though I live quite close read more

Just ordered a grilled chicken sandwich in the take line. The girl said it comes with lettuce, pickle and tomato. I asked for Mayo and onikn to be added. The first thing wrong is the order had the wrong ticket number or I was given the wrong number for my car. When 'my turn' came up, the yoing man walked right past me, around the building. He came back after about a minute. I asked him if it was my chicken sandwich. He showed me that the receipt # was for #8. I had 21 on my car. The ticket said Mayo and Onion. I took the sandwich and went on my way. Fortunately, I opened the sandwich up, surprised to find only mayo on one bun and a slice of onion. I turned around and went into the store and adked for the manager. She proceded to tell me that it was not 'my' sandwich as the numbers didn't match. I said there were two vehicles behind me. Everyone cleared out ahead of me. She insisted it wasn't my order! I asked for a refund. I told her they need to learn how to resd the tickets. She said they know how to read the tickets. I responded, well obviously not, as they didn't make this sandwich right. Disagreeing with me after screwing up one sandwich doesn't mske me a happy camper. I don't tend to leave negative reviews. I find that when a mistake happens (and mistakes happen all the time) then companies are usually willing to correct them. My wife and I like to stop in here from time to time, sometimes for dinner but usually just for their concrete mixers. They are generally really good. On Sept 21st I bought 2 regular concrete mixers (one flavor of the day and one strawberry cheesecake) and brought them home for my wife and I to enjoy. Once we both had them, we took our first bites and immediately noticed something was wrong. Rotten milk? Dirty machine? i dont know. But they were gross. And I want to note that they were 2 totally separate flavors so it was obviously something wrong with the custard, not with a specific topping. We chucked them and I called the store. I explained what had happened and advised them to check their product. They apologized and said 2 coupons to replace the products would soon make it to us. Almost 2 weeks later (October 2nd), I called and reminded them that they were going to send us the coupons. There was an apology and a weird explanation that their outbox was broken (whatever that means) but it would be in the mail shortly. The next day I did receive a letter from them with a coupon for 1 medium concrete mixer. Not the 2 regular size I had been promised. Again, mistakes happen. But 3 in a row? I'm done. read more

I know they are new so I will cut them some slack but......I have Celiacs and told the cashier when I placed my order. I requested a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. I felt pretty secure when I saw a note at the top of my reciept that saw alleegy to gluten. So what do I get? A beautifully breaded chicken filet. They did get me a new patty but the rest of my party was done with their meal by the time it came. I will say the food there is delicious. But staff seems absolutely clueless about allergy and the young man who brought my food was baffled as to what to do about the breaded patty. I had to ask if they could remake it. Culvers seens concerned about customers with allergies and has an excellent brochure in regard to nutrition. I went there for that reason. After the excellent experience I had at Culvers on 1st Ave in Tucson I will blame this time on the store being new. I will go back. read more

Very disappointed in this Culver's! Both times going through the drive threw my order was wrong and I had pulled up and waited for my food. The first time I ordered an Oreo concrete mixer with chocolate custard and just got custard but paid for a mixer. The employee said it doesn't say Oreo but offered to bring me a cup of Oreos. No I want wheat I paid for. Then trying it another time I ordered chili with extra crackers and didn't get my extra crackers. Both times I pulled up like they asked and they hurry back inside before I can even check my order. My only option is to wait in the line again or go inside to get the extra crackers I ordered. Their custard is good, just prepare yourself for your order being wrong. They'll read it back to you right. It'll come up on the screen right. But I guarantee you, especially if you order more than one concrete, the mix-ins in at least one of them will be wrong every time you go. read more
