This Culver's is really great. The staff is friendly and efficient. The actual building is really clean. My friend and I came in and ordered kids meals and they were out to us in minutes. The food was hot and delicious. I got a scoop of Chocolate and the custard seemed like it was better than most other Culver's restaurants. The tasted more chocolate-y and was creamy but still had a stiffness to it. Would definitely eat here again, when in town. read more

My husband and I visited this Culver's on a Friday evening around 8:00pm. Business was steady but not crazy busy. We ordered two concrete mixers, were given a number and walked around trying to find a place to sit. It took a Looooong time for two concrete mixers to come out, way too long. We had wanted to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful evening but the patio was absolutely disgustingly dirty!!! Trash all over the place, tables had not been wiped down in quite some time, trash overflowing, ice cream cones dropped on the patio floor and not cleaned up. I was getting the heebie jeebies so we ate inside. As we sat at our table I watched other patrons also stick their noses up at the patio and do a quick retreat. Gross, gross, gross! I will never return to this Culver's Mineral Point Rd location!! read more

The parking lot is the worst-designed parking lot I have ever seen in my life! The wait time inside and drive thru are usually not horrible. Service is okay - every time I order custard, they always hand it to me all messy (custard dripping on the cups, holes on the cups,etc) - super sticky! Please make sure if a mess is made, clean them up before giving them to customers. Thanks :) read more

Service here is lacking compared to most other Culver's I've been to. Employees aren't as friendly or helpful. The single scoop ice cream cones are also significantly smaller scoops than what you get in Middleton. I love Culver's and love the food, but I stick to the Middleton location because of these issues. read more

I would give a score of 2.5 if that was an option. I would say I have always had decent food at this location. I am however disappointed that when you order a deluxe or similar burger, you have to tell them that you want tomato, lettuce, ect. It seems to me that those should be included automatically unless the customer does not want them. The employees do not consistently offer to add them to a burger. It always seems busy when I stop there and feel rushed, therefore I sometimes forget that I need to ask for those basic burger ingredients. read more

My three trips here since they have opened can be summed up in two words, rude and untrained. Everytime I go to this location the staff seem extremely uninterested and treat customers like we are bothering them. They were not very welcoming when I approached to order. On top of that they seem like they have never been trained before. The food is great but don't expect any stellar service. The difference between this location and the Edgerton and Janesville locations are night and day. I love Culver's, have been to almost 10 different locations. This is is the only location i don't have great experiences at when I patronize. Lastly not that this really matters as much but the parking lot is a mess for this being a brand new location the parking lot is in terrible condition. read more

I don't normally post reviews but the experience I just had was horrendous. Get in the Culver's drive thru with my friend at 9:20. The plan was to grab ice cream from Culver's and then get chipotle for food which should have been fine because chipotle closed at 10. We go through the drive thru line and are waiting for our food 5-10 min and then decide we also want a fish sandwich. I ran inside to "quickly" grab it and meet him back in the drive thru lane. While I am in there I see our drive thru order go outside, only to come back in 2 min later. I am still waiting for my sandwich and see this happen once again, order goes out and comes right back in. My fish sandwich is called and I ask if that was in fact my order that went out and came back in multiple times. All the employees seemed confused and no one could give me a reason why this had happened only that they were "sorry" and the order now had to be remade because it had been on the counter too long. They start remaking the order and the time is now 9:55 I realize we will not get our chipotle we ordered at this rate because it has been 40 min, I still have not received my order, and chipotle closed at 10. I run out to the car and give my friend my phone so they can go pick up the order and come back. I am now left stranded because of the ridiculous wait. After I receive my food at 10:05 I have to wait outside for my ride to come back and without a phone it was hard to locate them. Once we get home our chipotle is cold because of the wait at Culver's, the concrete mixers have melted over my legs and needed to be put in the freezer before they could be eaten. We open up our food from Culver's and it is missing our cheese curds and the extra cheese we ordered. After waiting 50 minutes for our food they still got it wrong and this experience ruined the night for us. read more

I'm a big fan of Culver's, but that doesn't mean all Culver's are good. This location is great however and are usually pretty busy! Today was my first time going through drive-thru and I must admit I was a little bit hangry and just wanted to eat!!! The guy taking my order was so positive and upbeat he changed my mood instantly! Wow! This guy was exceptional! I'm telling you, if you're having a bad day, I hope you come here and order with this guy! The girl at the window was very sweet and friendly and so was the person who brought my food. They were extremely busy but I got my delicious food in less than 5 minutes with impressive customer service on top of it! I got a cheddar melt basket and mini concrete mixer.... and everything was better than I hoped for...smooth creamy custard, warm crunchy onion rings (I sub out the fries) and a wonderful cheesy cheddar melt, YUM!!! My husband and I went and each got a single scoop. I had the flavor of the day, and he had vanilla. The service was fine, friendly, and the ice cream was the same good quality of other Culver's. We were disappointed in the portion size, however. It was the smallest single-scoop serving we recall seeing at a Culver's. It was comparable to the "scoopie" size our kids get with the kids menu. We would have ordered differently if we'd known. The outside seating area is quite nice for being so close to the busy road. They have a cute little table and stools that's great for young kids. read more

This is the only Culver's location I've ever been to where I've been parked and had to wait 25 minutes for a cone. A one-scoop vanilla CONE, that's it. I witnessed orders (mostly single orders of custard) continually being brought out incorrectly. My cone was brought out by someone whose hands it was melting all over. Gross! Why would I want that? I commented on waiting for 25 minutes for a melted cone, and she walked away. I will drive to another location in the future over this one, which is right by my house. It seems like my experience was not unusual, based on the other reviews. Someone needs to train the workers at this location on how to be more efficient, but mostly, just on basic customer service skills. read more
