Not the best experience this time around 02/06/2026. When we first got the the drive thru our first question was "do you have chicken noodle soup" The response was "let me check". The reply was "yes" and we proceeded to order. We also asked for extra ketchup, salt and BBQ sauce. When we got to the window we said the soup should be a large to which we were told there was no chicken noodle soup. A bit taken back. .. as we had just asked. The remainder of the order was fulfilled with the exception of no ketchup, 1 salt and no napkins. I've added the receipt for reference. This location is generally on top of things. Went to Culver's for the first time ever when I was visiting Kenosha. It was incredible. Quite possibly the best burger I ever had. Top 5 without a doubt. Roll and burger were super fresh. Fries were crisp and freshly made--this isn't a place were they serve you food that's been sitting for a while. And the custard...out of this world. Still what was most impressive was the service. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and wonderful to talk to; and the facilities were spotless. Culver's is the way a hamburger restaurant should be run--it is a throwback to time when quality and service mattered. It was so good that 2 days later driving back home I stopped at a Culver's in Elkhart, IN. Same high quality and same high standards. Culver's clearly is the real deal. A friend and I went through the drive thru, placed our order, and went home and started eating our food. I ordered a burger, they put stuff on my burger that I specifically asked for them not to put on, which happened anyways, people make mistakes. It's the attitude that we got when we called them to see what our options were to get it corrected. The person that we talked to from Culver's on the phone told us to drive back across town to show them the burger and they might replace it. I won't be eating there ever again. read more

Pfft - it's a hamburger. What can one expect? The atmosphere is very mediocre - not bad - not good. the food is just a burger - kind of grey, not nice crispy edges. Guess I am just a food snob, but how can anyone give a 5 star vote for a chain hamburger? Absolutely the worst Culver's in Kenosha County! They always forget stuff that is PAID for! Culver's is more expensive than other "fast food" places. $22 for a burger, 4pc chicken tender and fry. They can't even remember the fries. Three items, you can't even get that right! People are eating out less and you can't blame them! When places like this STEAL from you, it's easy to choose elsewhere. I hope you read this and choose to spend your money somewhere else. We are at the Culver's on Sander's and DundeeRd. My husband and I are both handicapped. A server opened the doors for us and showed us to the counter. When we gave our order he took my drink cup and filled it for me as I had a 4 wheel walker. Once at our table, he helped me with my jacket and then cleaned off the table. Never going to Culvers again. $76 order. Orderred 2 fish dinners, no lemons and rolls amd fries were sopping wet. Ordered large diet root beer, received half full cup of regular root beer. Ordered large soup and mashed potatoes, received small. Ordered 2 burgers, barely any meat on either one. This has become a patter, not just a one time issue. The prices are as high as Texas Roadhouse but the portions are half the size of a McDonalds and not even close in quality. It's too bad as I have been going for years, but never again. The service was nice and preparation time was alright but we also arrived early to pick up the food. I had shrimp, fries, and cheese curds. It was absolutely delicious sure it feels fatty but that stuff was good eatin. The onions rings were alright I am not a very big fan of onion rings though. I just visited the store on Sheridan Road in Zion and I placed my order inside, repeated the order twice and the order was still wrong. I checked the receipt on the bag before leaving and that was correct. I didn't want to open everything inside the bag because all of the food wasn't for me and I did not want my hands all over everyone's food. The service inside was extremely slow. I live only a few miles from the restaurant and when I arrived home I found that the food was not fresh. I won't used the expression cold but the food certainly was not hot. I asked for extra pickles twice and I received no pickles. When we first moved to the Milwaukee area from Oregon in 2017 on a job transfer, we discovered Culver's on our day trips to learn more about our new home state of Wisconsin. We long ago gave up on fast food. But based on a co-worker's recommendation, we tried Culver's and found it much better than McD's, Burger King, etc. So it became a habit to include a Culver's on our outings. Fast-forwarding to the present, our dining-out habits have only begun to recover from the Covid pandemic. But on May 12, 2022, we had driven down to Illinois Beach State Park in search of a bird rarity (we're amateur ornithologists) after work. It was well past our dinner time when we started back north, and we still had an hour or more to drive. We remembered there was a Culver's on the south side of Kenosha with outdoor seating, so we shaped a course for it. Though getting late, the place was packed with cars in the drive-through, people standing around in the ordering area, and employees -- lots of employees! It seemed like there were more people behind the county than in front of it. We ordered inside, planning to have our food delivered to an outdoor table. Austin was our attendant, and he was polite enough. I ordered a North Atlantic Cod Filet Sandwich which I'd not tried before, and my wife ordered a ButterBurger with fried onions. We both got a side of Wisconsin Cheese Curds, and cups for water. We paid the $15.07 tab, then we went outside to grab a table. A good 25 minutes later our food finally showed up, and with no apologies for the slow service. My fish sandwich was lukewarm, bland, and mostly airy bun. My wife's burger was a pathetic little thing, and the only thing on it was a glob of onions that tasted like they'd first gone rancid, then were overcooked into a bitter little mass of brownness. By this point we were starving, it was getting dark, and had no desire to wait another 25 minutes for an improved batch of food. We gagged down what we could, and wrote it off to experience. On the upside, the cheese curds were pretty good, so at least we didn't leave completely hungry. Now, this isn't the first bad experience we've had at a Culver's. We had already noticed a general decline in quality when we stopped in at Culver's before the pandemic. But this was a whole new level of bad. So we're now done with Culver's for good. We'd gotten pretty good at packing our own lunches during Covid, and we'll just go back to that permanently. Too bad, because we were big Culver's fans for a while there. read more

During the last week we have made a few trips to Culver's for ice cream as a reward for my grandchildren doing good in concerts and horseshows. On our last visit, we went for lunch. The restaurant is spacious and clean, which makes a good impression when you walk in. The people behind the counter were always friendly and courteous when taking our orders. For a fast food restaurant, they have an extensive menu with selections ranging from burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, to fish and beef dinners, to soups and salads. Once they have taken your order, they give you a numbered tag, you get your drinks and find a seat and they will deliver your order to your table when it is completed. I had Culver's Bacon Deluxe basket. It is two well seared patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles between two "Butter Burger Buns". The sear really added flavor to the burger. It was one of the better tasting burgers that I have had in a while. The fries were standard fare, good but nothing to write home about. Most of the others in the party had their Chicken tenders. They had a crisp crust that was not too greasy. They all agreed that they were delicious. For desert, I had the same thing that I had on my previous two visits, a Reese's Peanut Concrete Mixer. It contains Reese's Peanut Butter Cups mixed in delicious Chocolate Fresh Frozen Custard. It is definitely a good family restaurant, that we will go to when I'm back in Kenosha. read more

I went with a group of 10 and I order my food first and they brought my whole groups food out within 10 minutes, now I have been waiting for 25 minutes still with no food and i even questioned where it was. If Von was here my food would be out in 5 minutes!!!!! But they didn't give me a kids meal so I didn't get a free scoop. I often stop at this location is Culver's, as it is in my neighborhood. location inconvenience only is the reason why I come back. Most every order, they get wrong. They never put ketchup or other sauces,as requested in the bag. If My order is a dinner they usually forget the roll. Or if I get the fish dinner, and they remember the roll they put a lemon underneath the bread, so by the time I get home the bread his soaked up all the lemon-not a good taste. If you're looking for a drive-through, I do not recommend karma is the wait is always long, and the orders are incorrect. But for good food go inside and pick up. I was at this Culver's last night and ordered two Chocolate Shakes and when I got home my son wanted to have a drink and LUCKILY I tried it because it was a Peanut Butter Shake. I understand that Culver's food takes longer to make than the average fast food restaurant since they make it fresh to order. However, the wait at this location is extremely long. I don't know if they are consistently understaffed or if they are just that slow but sitting in drive through for 10 minutes prior to ordering then sitting another 15 minutes for your food is really just outrageous.
