we used to like this Culver's around now there's poor customer service and are you meant to clerks and always have to miss something from our order we ordered a sundae that payment was nuts as well as all the salt that would be included on the bottom of the nut container , so a salty mix of chocolate, small pieces of nuts and a lot of salt grows cost over five dollars for a little cup. OK service here is 10 times better since my last review. My order was exceptional, and it came to my table in a timely fashion. I ordered the four piece chicken tenders with fries. An order for the dining room and the customer has to go to the he counter to get it as it's not being brought to the table. It's sitting there getting cold. Food is backing up and when a few of us ask for the manager we are told she's in the office. She says she's been busy making food and had no idea the food was backing up. She interrupted all of us by saying it was a bad day and got an attitude. There were plenty of people there working and plenty of food backing up. Definitely go elsewhere where your food is brought out promptly and the manager that couldn't manage to have ice or ketchup out doesn't give attitude and walk away. read more

Being new to the area I decided to try Culver's to se what they had to offer. The first attempt was a sit down on the inside with friends. Everyone but me got their food and after 22 minutes I went to the counter and asked about it at which point they gave it to me totally cold. The second time I used the drive up and sat there while employees ran around delivering food to about 20 cars and some how missing me until after 18 minutes I was the only one left and was finally given my order , cold again. The third time I again tried the drive up and this after 27 minutes I went in and found out that my order had been given to someone else and was given a refund. Appointed every time I come here just waited in line for 25 minutes for a burger, fries and shake. My shake was milk. The sauce I ordered did not come. Had to go in and ask for one never coming here again. read more

Another typical experience at this location 20 minutes to noon on Memorial Day 2 people ahead of me in the drive through no microphone service sitting waiting 5 minutes backed out and left on my way out someone tried to order after the mic came to life. Got a kids meal and a concert mixer along with a banana split. We were the only ones in the drive through and no one was inside we waited while our concrete mixer sat on the counter for 20 minutes while we waited for our kids meal and then was handed our icecream and it was half melted already after asking them to remake we watched while they just stirred it then handed the same one back when we opened our banana split it was completely melted there was NO fully formed icecream left. I've gotten to the point where I've started ordering online because it's been taking 15 minutes to make a meal for one at 7-7:30. So I order today at 9:22, granted it was later but they had a lot full of cars and not a busy drive through, but a steady one. I pulled up to the curd side at 9:30 and waited until 9:46 and then I called.i asked if they had a mobile order and the manager answered "yes, it's just sitting here." So my food that I had ordered now 20 minutes ago has been sitting there and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Not to mention that when I was waiting, customers were going through the drive through- getting their orders in a timely manner. Also the drive through window was PACKED with 'workers' (5-7 teenagers) who seemed to only be busy ONLY when a vehicle was at the window or drive through. They were gathered jumping around, laughing, throwing things, all while my order sat, getting cold and old. The whole reason I started ordering ahead was to avoid this bullshit. Usually not one to write a negative review, but the last two experiences at this location were really bad. About a month ago we dined in. We were quite taken a back by the filthiness of the place. Waited 45 minutes for food, no problem. It came out cold and wrong. We ate it and chalked it up as a bad night. Well, we decided to dine in again this evening. I think the place is dirtier than last time. Food came faster but only semi warm with unmelted cheese. Probably the last straw at this location. Owner/Manager needs to get it together. I absolutely love eating at Culver's and this is a good location. The food is always hot and delicious. Yeah it can be on the greasy side at times but man is it good. The big issue is since it's a hot spot location, the drive thru takes forever at times and you can wait a while for your food, but that's how most of the Culver's locations are I've noticed. Got a huge order this time and everything was correct, (Can't say that about a bunch of fast food restaurants.) If you're in Burlington and want fast food, this is the place to go. read more

Given the three only because the food is delicious and cooked fresh. It is a pain to get through the parking lot and into the drive-through. Other patrons were driving the wrong way getting mixed up. There used to be a time where the dining room was open and the dining room has been closed during the day for a LONG LONG time. You call there and they cannot give you an update. The Burlington , WI location is the only one I know of in the area that cannot support dining in eating. And the drive thru is now a terrible mess with Dine In closed. read more

My family and I have been customers of Culver's for many years. When my family moved to Burlington in March, we were excited to have a location near us. This is the third time, at this location, a grilled cheese has not been cooked since we've tried ordering it. The bread was not toasted, the cheese was barely melted, and it was very mushy. We sent it back. It was remade without any notes given to the kitchen staff so it came out the same-undercooked bread. The food runner took it to the back and told them to make me "a perfect grilled cheese." He must have been ignored because we waited 15 minutes before a possible manager or supervisor (did not have a name tag) asked us if we'd been helped. She brought the first mistake grilled cheese back to the cook to show him what not to do. We'd been waiting 40 minutes at this point so our custard was melted (they gladly scooped new scoops) and our food was either cold (fries) or warm (salad). In addition, the girl who scooped our custard itched her nose before scooping our custard (thankfully before the first scoops that were remade, not the ones we ended up taking home). I am not impressed. I usually don't write reviews because I've done food service and I know how it goes. But I paid for this food and I want it cooked. Is that too much to ask? The possible manager/supervisor did give us a certificate for one free value basket, but I will be sure to use it at another location. When I got home with my 2nd redone sandwich, it still wasn't cooked very well. See the photos if you're interested in the condition. I threw the rest away. I Would give Burlington Culver's a zero star rating if I could. Took a half an hour in drive thru to get my food. Door was locked and you can't order or dine inside due to low staff (sign said that on door) . I was ok with that and even tipped person who brought my families food out to my car. I went alone to pick it up and didn't look at all of my food, but when I opened bags at home my fish dinner was not in there. My receipt shows I paid for it. I tried to call Culver's several times, but the phone was not taking calls or messages. It was late Friday and they were crazy busy and with the door locked I didn't want to wait forever in drive thru again. I had to work 14 hours straight in foodservice the next day, so I figured I'd wait till the week to call manager and explain ...kindly the situation. I only hoped to get my fish I paid for. When I called a nice worker tried to get the manager for me and the manager yelled and said he wasn't going to talk to me and hung up the phone on me. I heard every word he said. I left a message for corporate and will continue to call just to notify them of what is going on in burlington. I don't care about my fish anymore. I work in food service and was nice and to have been treated so poorly is unacceptable. After the managers response, I gave up on them and will now go to Lake Geneva Culvers if I have to for my kids . i have been waiting for my 2 scoops of ice cream for a half hour. while everyone one after us has been getting there food.

We came when the 4h kids were here the ice cream was great . Fudge with vanilla ice cream was so good for a night after Italian dinner.

I am so extremely frustrated with this Culver's. 75% of the time that I go for ice cream they make me a shake instead of a malt. A malt costs more and tastes very different. I don't understand how they continually make it wrong... it's not that difficult!!! I have never left a yelp review but I am so mad that this just happened to me again that I had to. This is a pretty decent Culver's. The people who serve you are usually really nice and usually get the orders correct. The wait is usually not that bad and the food is pretty good. Sometimes their burgers can be sorta dry and the fries are sometimes burnt. But the place is pretty good. read more

They get 3 stars for the food and drinks. They loose two for the ridiculous teenagers who take for ever to answer, or even be semi professional. Ever time I am here it is a minimum of a 5-10 minute wait in the drive thru to even get to the speaker, that is if it is one car in front of you, then you wait another 3 -5 for them to have time to take your order. After that you wait another 5 minutes to get to the window, follow by the lazy careless employees playing around instead of actually doing their jobs, the. You dont get a greeting or a total, they just hold out their hand for your money and keep talking to the other employees as if you are inconveniencing them. Following that you get to pull to a space on the side for them to bring you your food. That's ok, because it's always yummy and fresh ( that is why they get 3 stars). so I think it's just the people at the cash register and ice cream? If but it is something management may want to look into before no one wants to come there anymore. read more
