Door was locked at 5:00pm, no sign to give any reasoning. Employees inside just stared at us. Tried to place an order on the app, said it couldn't go through. Tried going through the drive thru and no one was on the other end to take our order. Again with no sign indicating what the reasoning was. I've tried to go here many times, they are usually closed. Even if it's during store hours during the middle of the day. If they are open and you go into order they will tell you the inside of the store is closed and it's only a drive thru. Or they will just tell you that they are out of bread. Saying we are out of bread seems to be their go to excuse. It could be 2 or 3pm with everyone inside and if you walk in or go to the drive thru there first response is "we are closed due to being out of bread". Do yourself a favor and drive farther away to another jimmy johns. You will regret it if you don't. read more

The last 3 times that I tried to visit the Burlington location I drove there and they said they were closed an hour early if I wasn't door dash on a Friday night. A week later I stopped again and they ran out of bread 3 hrs before close and Tonight, Wednesday I tried to order online they couldn't take the order and called at 7 pm and they couldn't take the order or answer the phone. Despite complaints below (some people seem to find reasons to complain about everything), I've eaten here at least 50 times in the past few years and have never had an order wrong - not once - or anyone be rude. It is an annoyance that they never have the dining room open but that is only because they can't find people to work after .gov ruined the economy and now pays people afraid of a cold to sit on their butts all day. This "freaky fast " took me 20 minutes to even get to order. Then took me another five to wait for my food. I thought your food was supposed to be done before you got up to the win. I really like Jimmy Johns. But this location has been the worst for quality and making the sandwich as ordered. One guy there is so boisterous and concerned about speed and barking orders at the cashier as I'm ordering she can't hear. No wonder the sandwiches are made incorrectly. Both sandwiches on two separate visits were ordered with "extra dressing" both were dry as can be. Veges were old and not cut fresh. Past orders had slimy cucumbers, funky / soft odd tasting tomatoes, and browned lettuce. The most recent order the cucumbers were picked off and put it the garbage which is where they should have been placed before they opened which was 20 minutes earlier In the future if I want JJ I'll have to wait until I pass by another location. One of the best sandwich shops out there...but not my personal favorite. They have quality meats and cheeses, fresh baked breads, vegetables are grade A...but the taste is equal to Cousins. Both rather pricy too! If your hungry, it's quality and they don't skimp on quantity! They finally deliver to my location now....yay! read more

Unreliable. You never know when they will be open. I have driven 5here many time at mid day to find them closed for one reason or another. When I place a delivery order They miss parts of the order, I call to let them know and they tell me they will credit my account for the item missed but when I return they have no record of it.
