Why did I chance coming here again? I guess it was to get a cup of coffee and a sausage McMuffin to eat on the way to work. Anyway, decided to go inside, and make my order. As I said, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with a large coffee on the kiosk. God forbid that there were any people on the registers. But that's a different story. As I was waiting for somebody to "ring me up," I noticed the manager was on her cell phone, and the other two were talking to each other. To be fair, I don't know if they were cooking while they were doing this, but it was still unsatisfactory. The manager glanced over at me, standing at the counter once, and kept talking on the phone. If you notice by my reviews, it's consistent with the service. Anyway, here is an example why McDonald's and all other fast food restaurants should not get $20 an hour minimum wage. I would like some fries with my salt. The fries are extremely salty. I asked for no salt on my fries and they couldn't get that right. The portion of fries is half full. The burgers were overcooked and dry making it hard to swallow it. When I'm paying over $10 for the 2 cheeseburgers meal, it should be at least eatable. They messed up the entire order and nothing was right and refused to fix it and they didn't give me any drinks

Went to this McDonald's on a Saturday morning after a wedding. I chose to go inside and order from the kiosk. First thing that caught my attention was the kiosk said they were "out of stock" of Egg biscuits. But right next to that option, showing available, was sausage Egg biscuit. Now, how can you possibly be out of one with less ingredients but have one with more available? When I finally placed my order, (first time using the kiosk), it took 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my order. I had a friend from the previously mentioned wedding go through the drive through AFTER I placed my order, and he was already back at the hotel before I received my food. After the 15 minute wait, one would expect the order to be correct. It wasn't. I had ordered a meal ,an extra drink, 2 extra sandwiches and 2 extra hashbrowns. I didn't receive any hash browns. I got the attention of a lady and she gave me 2 hash browns. I corrected her saying I ordered 3. She tried arguing with me about what I ordered. I showed her the receipt and she huffed with an eye roll. Sorry for the inconvenience of wanting the food I ordered and paid for. I normally will try to give a business a chance to redeem themselves prior to posting a negative review. I contacted McDonalds corporate who forwarded me to the GM. I would only give this McDonald's one star, that is only thanks to the woman named Sue assisting the customers in the front out house when she can! When my daughter and I came in the manager saw us walk in made complete eye contact with me and walked away without greeting us. We waited a couple minutes for actually employee to take our order. When no one came to take our order we had to use the kiosk. After we received our food and elder lady walked in with two little children and went through the same process we had to, except she wasn't educated on the kiosk as my daughter and I were. I had to assist this woman with the kiosk and ordering their food. In the middle of showing them how to order one of the children hit the help button on the kiosk. As the lady and the children receive and eat their food, I continued to watch the front counter as well as the kiosk blinking for help. After 20 minutes not a single person or manager approached the front counter. As we getting ready to leave we watched two other ladies go through the same process as well as two doordashers have to step halfway behind the the front counter to notify them someone was there waiting to be assisted! I am disgusted at this customer service. Just because that new wall is build does t mean you should hide behind it! I believe it should be knocked down and this restaurant is a disgrace to everyone in the food and customer service industry! We will never return! read more

I love this Mc Donald's, I usually stop here late night, Last night I stopped and you could tell the store was missing a key person on shift, and the rest of the crew was younger kids, But the manager I believe her name was Karen was making every thing flow seamlessly. Simply put, WORST McDONALDS EVER. The double lane drive-thru just adds to the chaos. You get up to Window 1, and they are confused, asking you what your total is. Or, they just charge you for the wrong order, then have to correct it at Window 2. Ask for Honey Mustard for your McNuggets, you might get HONEY. Yes, actually honey in a dip packet. WTF?? Credit where credit is due... Mike the manager gave me a call after his owner notified him of a problem. He apologized and stated he'd never had any complaints about this woman before. The wife said that's cause the regulars are probably too scared to say anything. Despite my refusal, the manager is sending us gift certificates that we can use at any McDs, not just his. While Burlington seems like it would be a nice place to visit for the weekend... there's no way we'll ever go back to that McDonald's. In fact, there's a 110% chance that these gift certificates will be re-gifted. I didn't want them in the first place, all I really wanted was an apology. Found a sharp hard black piece in my burrito. Ended up cutting my mouth. Called and they did not care and ended up just comping me a meal and hanging up. Tthis mcdonalds has several rude people with shitty attitudes. They are constantly screwing up orders forgetting items or giving you the wrong stuff. A breakfast run took me an hour with cold food when i got home cause they forgot items andi paid for extra caramel in an iced coffee and got bitter coffee with nothing in it. I do not come to McDonalds a lot but when I do I like to order large mocha whole milk. Why I hate ordering this is because it's like $4.08 & you only get a half of a cup with the rest of whip cream. I used to work at McDonalds & I know how the machine works either it's not calibrated right or it ran out of milk & the person didn't want to change the milk so they just filled it with cream. I believe it's not calibrated right because I repeatedly give them a chance but every time I'm let down. If I could give this McDonald's a zero I would. It is the worst in service. They serve the drive-thru before the mobile app orders. You have to go in to get your food that is cold from sitting on the counter. Don't ever use the outside drive-thru lane you will wait 3-4 cars to go through the inside lane before you are serviced.
