It took 20 minutes from when we ordered to tell us the coffee machine is broken and food luke worm but frys hot

Drive thru is the worst! Also at night. Every time I order drive thru they always take the wrong order. Always! The last time I just ordered a two cheese burger meal. I come to the window they added MC Chicken to the order. They refunded the MC Chicken but when I got home I find out they left out everything... no pickles no onions to mustard or ketchup!!! I never asked them to take them out! It's like they ordered for me. I was just too tired to drive back. Horrible! Do not come to this place! read more

Sausage patties were cold, bag was already opened outside, and there was a blue spikey object inside my shake, which we think is a cleaning brush. read more

first of all they got my order all wrong I asked for a meal only gave me one 10 piece with no fries and only 1 ranch cup. Then a drink exploded all over my CAR and my CLOTHES! 0/10 never going there again ever. read more

Why did I chance coming here again? I guess it was to get a cup of coffee and a sausage McMuffin to eat on the way to work. Anyway, decided to go inside, and make my order. As I said, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with a large coffee on the kiosk. God forbid that there were any people on the registers. But that's a different story. As I was waiting for somebody to "ring me up," I noticed the manager was on her cell phone, and the other two were talking to each other. To be fair, I don't know if they were cooking while they were doing this, but it was still unsatisfactory. The manager glanced over at me, standing at the counter once, and kept talking on the phone. If you notice by my reviews, it's consistent with the service. Anyway, here is an example why McDonald's and all other fast food restaurants should not get $20 an hour minimum wage. Basically McDonald's is a part-time job (except for the managers). Most all other fast food restaurants have counter workers. Also, I noticed that they don't walk around and wipe tables anymore. You sit down and they're disgusting McDonald's needs to clean up their act ... especially this one. read more

I was at the order kiosk and just about to place an order when the smell hit me. Sewage. It smells like sewage in there. Cancelled and left. read more

After a long day I came into enjoy a bacon cheeseburger from my favorite burger joint, McDonald's. As I bit into the burger noticed with extreme discontent an absence of bacon. I was enraged. I erupted at the rude staff and this child in the corner. Do not come here read more

I don't know why god put me in this madness, but as I was sitting down with my 4th grader Tommy a raging man came in and verbally assaulted the staff after not putting bacon on his burger. Promptly after he locked eyes with my son and proceeded to berate him with slurs and threats. I was genuinely scared for me and son's safety. No mother should ever have to experience this. Also my fries were too salty. read more

Service is extremely slow. Very understaffed. The few Employees present look tired and sad. Food is the same as always but prices have soared. McDonald's used to be a fun place to eat but now is just tedious. read more

I would like some fries with my salt. The fries are extremely salty. I asked for no salt on my fries and they couldn't get that right. The portion of fries is half full. The burgers were overcooked and dry making it hard to swallow it. When I'm paying over $10 for the 2 cheeseburgers meal, it should be at least eatable. Drive an extra 5 minutes and go to the Waterford restaurant. Stay away from this one. read more

You guys lowkey can't run your drive through at all....and almost every time I get food through the drive through the food is wrong, genuinely confused on how you mess up a McCrispy but word. They messed up the entire order and nothing was right and refused to fix it and they didn't give me any drinks

Went to this McDonald's on a Saturday morning after a wedding. I chose to go inside and order from the kiosk. First thing that caught my attention was the kiosk said they were "out of stock" of Egg biscuits. But right next to that option, showing available, was sausage Egg biscuit. Now, how can you possibly be out of one with less ingredients but have one with more available? When I finally placed my order, (first time using the kiosk), it took 15 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my order. I had a friend from the previously mentioned wedding go through the drive through AFTER I placed my order, and he was already back at the hotel before I received my food. After the 15 minute wait, one would expect the order to be correct. It wasn't. I had ordered a meal ,an extra drink, 2 extra sandwiches and 2 extra hashbrowns. I didn't receive any hash browns. I got the attention of a lady and she gave me 2 hash browns. I corrected her saying I ordered 3. She tried arguing with me about what I ordered. I showed her the receipt and she huffed with an eye roll. Sorry for the inconvenience of wanting the food I ordered and paid for. I normally will try to give a business a chance to redeem themselves prior to posting a negative review. I contacted McDonalds corporate who forwarded me to the GM. The GM blatantly lied to me saying he made several attempts to contact me. I have no missed contact attempts, whether it be phone, text, or e-mail. Maybe he tried morse code? read more

This was the worst McDonalds I have been to in a long time. The fries were cold and I didn't realize it until I was down the road and was pressed for time. So I did not have time to turn around. The quarter pounder with cheese was just ok. Overdone and dry. It will be a long time before I stop there again. read more

So they were $15 an hour. But they can't figure out how to give your receipt. Actually they just refuse to give you a receipt. I should've just gave the food back and got a refund and actually made them do some work for their $15 an hour. People are stupid. Plus the dumbasses got it wrong we ordered a hamburger and got a cheeseburger. So I chalk it up to either stupid people or just plain lazy. read more

I'm in love with their breakfast here and drinks and the cheeseburgers and fries. But don't care for the meat in the spongy quarter pounder. The people are efficient. And orders go smoothly. read more

If I could give 0 stars i would. The hours say until midnight, I've come at 9:59pm and they were closed. Alot of the workers are rude, n the rest are slow. The nuggets are always cold and hard. Fries are always overly salted. I keep trying to give them chances, but it's always the same results. I highly suggest going any where else to eat. read more

Simply put, WORST McDONALDS EVER. The double lane drive-thru just adds to the chaos. You get up to Window 1, and they are confused, asking you what your total is. Or, they just charge you for the wrong order, then have to correct it at Window 2. Ask for Honey Mustard for your McNuggets, you might get HONEY. Yes, actually honey in a dip packet. WTF?? We now have a little game (for the rare occassions we go here), called "1, 2 or 3" - Meaning, will they screw up 1 thing, 2 things, or 3 things?? It's always at least 1. read more

Credit where credit is due... Mike the manager gave me a call after his owner notified him of a problem. He apologized and stated he'd never had any complaints about this woman before. The wife said that's cause the regulars are probably too scared to say anything. Despite my refusal, the manager is sending us gift certificates that we can use at any McDs, not just his. While Burlington seems like it would be a nice place to visit for the weekend... there's no way we'll ever go back to that McDonald's. In fact, there's a 110% chance that these gift certificates will be re-gifted. I didn't want them in the first place, all I really wanted was an apology. I usually raise my ranking a star after the management contacts me, and I am in this case as well... but very reluctantly. If I could give 1.5 I would. (I really hate how the updates minimize the original reviews... despite the update, the original incident still happened... it's burying the lead.) read more

I would only give this McDonald's one star, that is only thanks to the woman named Sue assisting the customers in the front out house when she can! When my daughter and I came in the manager saw us walk in made complete eye contact with me and walked away without greeting us. We waited a couple minutes for actually employee to take our order. When no one came to take our order we had to use the kiosk. After we received our food and elder lady walked in with two little children and went through the same process we had to, except she wasn't educated on the kiosk as my daughter and I were. I had to assist this woman with the kiosk and ordering their food. In the middle of showing them how to order one of the children hit the help button on the kiosk. As the lady and the children receive and eat their food, I continued to watch the front counter as well as the kiosk blinking for help. After 20 minutes not a single person or manager approached the front counter. As we getting ready to leave we watched two other ladies go through the same process as well as two doordashers have to step halfway behind the the front counter to notify them someone was there waiting to be assisted! I am disgusted at this customer service. Just because that new wall is build does t mean you should hide behind it! I believe it should be knocked down and this restaurant is a disgrace to everyone in the food and customer service industry! We will never return! read more

I love this Mc Donald's, I usually stop here late night, Last night I stopped and you could tell the store was missing a key person on shift, and the rest of the crew was younger kids, But the manager I believe her name was Karen was making every thing flow seamlessly. She was multitasking making sandwiches and helping drive thru and managing her crew. Karen is the type of person Mc Donald's needs managing their stores. she was very friendly and helpful. I hope her boss reads this and gives her Kudos. Thank You, Mr. B read more

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I came through the drive-thru around 12am and was greeted with a rude, "our systems are down, we can't take any orders. It'll be up in an hour." So I come back an hour later and still get the same rude response from some gal. Is it truly that hard to take someone's money and make a burger w/o putting it in the system, or are you just that lazy at night? read more

Marcela helped us get food tonight. She went above and beyond, assuring us that our dining experience would be far above what we are used to experiencing. We're so grateful for how willing she was to help us. Although we live outside of town, this is the McDonald's that we will return to...SPECIFICALLY because of Marcela. I wish all McDonald's employees were as helpful as she has been. 5 stars!! read more

If I could give this location a zero I would. The website says open 24 hours and the last handful of times I've showed up between 11pm and midnight and the parking lot is full of cars and the lights are on in the building and the drive up windows and menu lights are on and they say "we are closed". Please update your website or close the store down when it's supposed to be closed. read more

Found a sharp hard black piece in my burrito. Ended up cutting my mouth. Called and they did not care and ended up just comping me a meal and hanging up. Tthis mcdonalds has several rude people with shitty attitudes. They are constantly screwing up orders forgetting items or giving you the wrong stuff. A breakfast run took me an hour with cold food when i got home cause they forgot items andi paid for extra caramel in an iced coffee and got bitter coffee with nothing in it. This mcdonalds used to be half decent but the people never double check orders give you attitude when you tell them they forgot stuff. read more

I do not come to McDonalds a lot but when I do I like to order large mocha whole milk. Why I hate ordering this is because it's like $4.08 & you only get a half of a cup with the rest of whip cream. I used to work at McDonalds & I know how the machine works either it's not calibrated right or it ran out of milk & the person didn't want to change the milk so they just filled it with cream. I believe it's not calibrated right because I repeatedly give them a chance but every time I'm let down. I can not wait until this town gets a Starbucks because I like my espresso & I like to get what i pay for. read more
