ONLY FANS... Listen,…read morebub! ONLY real FAN boys and girls know about this O.G. comic book store that's been in the valley over the decades. The best way I can pay homage to a business that was a memorable part of my childhood is to say this is one of the BEST comic book stores EVER. The store has had multiple locations around town back to the first location circa early 1990's. Atomic Comics still serves as a haven where kids of all ages can immerse themselves in fantasy and adventure and stimulate their imagination. The shop has all things comic and pop culture from figures and toys, books and graphic novels, cards and games, clothes and accessories, even a section for manga and anime. The vibe of this place is a clean, fun, safe space where kids can escape and decompress. I would even say it is a therapeutic experience and positive for mental health zoning out to comics. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable and willing to strike up a conversation with patrons. If you need another reason to gather here, the store hosts a variety of events and tournaments which you can explore on their website for schedules and info. If there was a nuclear fallout, Atomic Comics would be one place where I wouldn't feel bad about hunkering down. Deciding to come here is not splitting atoms. Do yourself and kids a favor, create memories and make this a tradition with your children like my dad did, and stop in to get your kid to get a comic book (or 2) every week. You'll love it, 3000! Nuff Said!

Never give your business to this store. You'll be left disappointed. I called them in February…read morebefore putting in an order for the Magic the Gathering: Final Fantasy Collector Booster Box to verify that they had enough allocation and that their online listing for it was not a mistake. They told me that if it is up then they have allocation. Fast forward to June when the set releases. I had to find out via reddit that Strange Adventures said that they do not have enough allocation to fill orders and instead would do a *raffle* vs queue order. They said they would post who won the raffle the following day. This never happened. They also said if you want to get a refund on your preorder, you need to *e-mail* them (vs them initiating the refund). There's also other reports of customers getting charged post-announcement as well. I've sent an inquiry e-mail days ago with no response. Fortunately, I finally found out that I could cancel the order from the Shopify web page directly (I don't think I saw the option via app) and was able to do so there. Search reddit for Strange Adventures mtg or pokemon to see the extent of the issues.

A magical land of books... in the wild!…read more We don't have many big chain bookstores on the Islands, so walking into this Barnes & Noble felt a little like stumbling into a mythical creature ......part library, part gift shop, part cozy reading sanctuary... and honestly, I was thrilled. Rows and rows of books as far as the eye can see .....fiction, travel, cookbooks, self-help, "I swear I'm going to start reading again" books .....all of them calling my name. The café smelled like coffee and good intentions, the aisles were tidy, and every corner whispered, "Yes... you do need another book." And I listened. The vibe is calm, nostalgic, and slightly dangerous for anyone with weak willpower and a wallet. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and there are so many fun extras ...journals, puzzles, gifts, and all the things you didn't know you needed until you saw them. In a world of screens and scrolling, this place feels like a tiny victory for book lovers everywhere. Bottom line: Barnes & Noble is a rare sight for us and a beautiful one. I came for "just a quick look"... and left with a stack of books and zero regrets.

But we're surprised and disappointed to see that the Spanish children's books were just thrown in with adult books. Why would they not put the Spanish kids books with the other kids books? Why is the selection so small now? They used to have double the amount of Spanish kids books, yet now hardly any.
