The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

I sent my college son to this place to get a stain out of one of his favorite shirts. He was reluctant, as he does not have a ton of money. I understand charging up front as so many people never return for their clothing. However, they did not deliver as promised. They kept his money and returned an item that was in no better condition than when he dropped it off, also refusing to give him a receipt. I firmly believe they treated him like this because he is a kid and I highly doubt they would have gotten away with this if they were dealing with an adult.
