Despite having a service contract, they refused to come out to get our water back on. We discontinued using their services switching to another provider, who has now notified us that the water pump and tank system sold to us as new was in fact refurbished. We are now out $2500 replacing a system that we just paid for three years ago from Tech House. Do not use this company for installation or service, you'll live to regret it as I have.
