I'm not going to say it was Horrible but being in the food industry myself ; stuff like that stands out as a profit business rather than a people's business . Yea we purchase from these food trucks to support the Owners of the company but to serve the people with premade food that's been sitting out and reheated isn't necessarily for the people . It's just a money grab . We want hot fresh food not left overs from the last batch . Rice was sitting Veggies aren't that flavorful I got more fingers on my hand than I got chicken in my bowl Ontop of the food sitting out ; so was their sauces . They aren't refrigerated in order to preserve its flavor . They just marinate in the hibachi heat the truck produces . I ditched "mihibachi" that's down the street ( by the dmv ) for "Bachiyaki" but after this experience with the new chain "Flamin hibachi" I know if I go to "mihibachi" I'll get some fresh food .
