I decided to shop and get experiences by visiting some shops and by far the quality of customer service and knowledge came from George owner of Maldini menswear. He answered all my questions and concerns. He had patience and best of all told me that he doesn't sell suits, he sells style. Once I decided on a suit vs a tuxedo, I landed on a Italian Suit which made me feel and look good. I came in for 2 measurements and was even offered home delivery. They have a really good store with lots of selection and in-house tailoring for extra cost, but honestly worth it. Thanks to everyone at the Maldini menswear.

I had a contact lens exam, and both the doctor and the telehealth appointment were very thorough and made me feel confident that nothing was overlooked. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Evet and Fadia. They provided some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. They were super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their kindness and genuine care made the entire visit enjoyable. It's rare to find an office that combines professionalism, modernism, efficiency, and genuinely kind people, but Same Day Optical does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service. They have a huge rx glasses inventory and also have some solid deals. I'll definitely be coming back!

They are overpriced and seem to me they like to over-sale the products. I had one visit and the experience felt like I was at a car lot being forced to add and upgrade on simple glasses. I would rather recommend Walmart optical or Costco optical for premium eyeglasses. They have good prices and great glasses.

They proceeded to tell me the scan machine said I wore a size 10. Whoa, I been wearing a size 9 my entire life except when buying from china and they only have half sizes. So I have wore some size 9 1/2 before but a 10? Lady helping me says "let me just get some 10's and if you don't like them you can fire me". Well, I'm pretty sure this is a waste of time but go ahead. Size 10 on my foot and there 3/4" from my big toe to the tip of the shoe and I got 1/2" side to side. The shoe was like I was gonna be participating at the circus! lol. SO I said no, lol, I'm not interested in a size 10. She went into the spill of how I wouldn't receive the warranty bla bla bla. Im like I'm just here to buy a shoe I wasn't looking for a warranty or a new size. She grabbed the shoes and we sorta went our separate ways. Im sure had I requested certain shoes at a certain size they would have done it but I was kinda put off already so we just left. I did go to the Sacramento location and it was great. I did come back to the Modesto location to return some items from Sacramento and they were very good assisting me.
